“Hermes tracked a return on the 19th July. I have still had no acknowledgement from Clark’s that they have received the return and it is being processed. Obviously no money returned yet either. Today is 2August.
Very disappointing service. Also no phone number or web chat available. My emails have not been answered.”
“Have purchased similar style of Clarks shoes for many years. Thought it cheaper to purchase online at Clarks outlet, but I'm not covinced the shoes I've got are genuine Clarks.
I notice that the "Clarks" name is not embossed on the side of shoe. All other Clarks shoes I've owned have had this.
They are exremely uncomfortable on the soles of the feet. The sole is very soft and flexible unlike other pairs I have owned. I believe Clarks have a thin metal plate going the length of the sole (well that's what I was told at a customs check once, when I had to take my shoes off because of the metal). Theses shoes are far to flexible to have that, compared to previous shoes I've owned.
I wish I'd of gone to Clarks website and not Clarks Outlet, which I will have to do now anyway, to purchase a comfortable pair of shoes.”
“I bought Clark shoes. They are not comfortable and it ripped my skin off. I went to return them but they didn't want them back. The customer service is very poor. I have thrown my money away, I don't reccomend buying Clark's at all.”
