I bought an AR 9 pistol, the FM 9 with 5 in short barrel, they just came in stock that day, so I bought 1 right away, said they were 8 left when I bought mine on June 25, 2020..I paid for the gun, set up my FFL and I received an email that I was G2G, in line waiting to be shipped. I was excited to get this sought after gun and so I'm checking my email every day in hopes of it being shipped. Today, June 30, 2020 I received an email from Classic saying there was a discrepancy in their inventory and they had to cancel my order. Very disappointing..They said they had 8 left when I purchased mine...What's up with these guys? This was my first (and last) attempted purchase with Classic Firearms..

I have never dealt with such an unresponsive and incompetent business. They refused to answer the phone or accept phone messages, or respond to faxes. It took several days before they responded to emails and then not answer accurately. Somehow, they site the Covid excuse, despite that most states are open, and they admit using work from home personnel for correspondence. I have tried to communicate with them multiple times by phone, email, and fax; informing them that the item that they shipped did not correlate with their advertisement, and that they were sending the item to the wrong FFL. They failed to correct either of these issues, and eventually, three weeks later, the item arrived at the wrong FFL. No return label was sent to the FFL, despite prior emails etc. Subsequently, they sent the label to me, despite that it was clear that I never accepted the item. They refused to act on these issues, citing that it had already shipped, less than 12 hrs after the order; yet it took more than 3 weeks to arrive. (????) They added me to their SPAM email list, and would not unsubscribe me, despite > 15 attempts. I would advise strongly to avoid such a deceptive, unresponsive, and incompetent business.

Worst company so far. Ordered parts that were in stock a month ago and they still haven't been picked for processing yet. They charged my card right away though. Won't be buying anything from them again

Bought 5000 rounds of ammo. It was taking a little longer getting my order shipped, so I emailed the company later one night over the weekend. I got online to look at reviews and saw a below-average rating. I was a bit nervous. The next business day I received an email stating it has been taking them about 10-15 days to get orders out. The order was shipped on about day 12. I received it about 3 or 4 days later. I would have given a 5 had the order been shipped within about 5 days or if I would have been informed that it would be about 2 weeks before the order would get out. Either way, it was still a good experience shopping at ClassicFirearms.com, and I will do it again!!

I ordered a new “hard to find” ak from them after they sent me an in stock notification and they sent it to my ffl. Then ordered ammo a month later and got it after a couple weeks. Can’t complain, slow shipping due to covid was on the homepage. So I prefer them to Atlantic but not as good as primary or palmetto.

Let me preface my review by saying I am not just a disgruntled customer I am also a profesional GUNSMITH and certified FIREARMS APPRAISER, so I certainly have a leg to stand on here. I purchased a TTC tokarev that was advertised (VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT) and was at best a low good rating, I sent photo's before sending the gun back which pointed out all the flaws in the gun and why it did not live up to the rating. When I received my refund CLASSIC FIREARMS kept the shipping fee, tax and insurance fee stating that the gun was as advertised. either the staff cannot grade guns properly or they just do not care who they rip off. I purchased another from them which was not as bad as the first, but not as advertised. The most frustrating part is no one in authority will call or e mail me to resolve this. This also is not the first time have had a problem with a used gun from them, I once was sent a gun with a broken slide after paying extra for hand select. The bottom line is CLASSIC FIREARMS customer service stinks, and if you order a used gun from them you will be lucky to get what you paid for. PS They are reluctant to post my review with photo's, my guess is they do not want anyone to see the way they treat customers!

Well, if you take someone's money, then the product should be sent in a reasonable amount of time. To sit in the warehouse and it's still waiting picking after 7 days is ridiculous, it didn't take 7 days to take my money, they got another 7 days grace for Covid B.S. and then I'm asking my bank to cancel that money and refund it to me.

If I didn’t have to highlight a star I wouldn’t. This place sucks. Send one item but not the other when they should have been in the same damn package. No response from CS. This company can GET FKT! Disgrace to the gun community.

I ordered a box of 1000 rounds, they sent me 50. Since you can’t call, after about a week they responded via email and asked for pictures. A few days after they picture they said they’d give me a refund. Here I am several weeks later with no refund and no response to the emails I’ve sent since then. So, it’s hard to get things done with covid-19, fair enough. But when you take a few hundred dollars off someone that you shouldn’t have, should that push it up the customer service priority list? And okay, you have an “unprecedented” amount of orders and you can’t respond in a reasonable amount of time, fine, why am I still getting 3-4 promotional emails PER DAY? I literally get DOZENS of promotional emails between responses from customer service, if they even respond at all. I don’t normally give bad reviews, but I definitely would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Absolutely DOWN RIGHT CROOKED TO THE MAXIMUM! Bastards! Sent me the wrong Desert Eagle.44 caliber barrel and took 6 weeks after hounding them as they’re using the Covid as a crutch to ‘F around with people so they finally agreed to give me the refund and the Jackass tells me that I was charged a “$50 restocking fee” and they were the ones who sent out the incorrect barrel with the 2 picattiny rail slots instead of the 8 slots? WTF? I have never EVER dealt with such a bunch of dickbags as I have with these clowns in my life ...THEY CAN SUCK A ROW A DICKS!

I ordered something from here an it literally took 3-4 weeks to send & they’re communicating is bad they don’t keep you up to date on anything. I’ll never order something from here again.

Ordered a CZ scorpion brace. Status has been "Ready for picking" for two weeks. Email response from customer service said they are looking at 10-15 business days to ship orders. Had I known this before ordering, i.e. if they stated this on the front page of their website I would not be writing this review. Never Again.

This company is a fraud. I ordered and paid for ammunition months ago. They have not delivered it and will not refund me. THEY ARE THIEVES, LYING SCUM BAGS. Pretty bad way to treat customers.

I ordered and paid for ammunition months ago, still have not received it. I get an automated reply that they are "working with FedEx to track my order". FedEx indicates that the order was never shipped. THIS OUTFIT IS A FRAUD, LYING, THIEVING SCUM.

they advertise low price online then charge triple the normal shipping fees this is a dirty trick that I thought was beneath classic arms, I guess I was wrong

No customer service whatsoever. There emails back are just automatic/pre written. Beyond annoyed. Rather just have my money back at this point. Just plain rude
