I have been ordering there since 2015 ordered (8) firearms .Never a problem. When I need to call I get to talk to a knowledgeable friendly person ( live person ) what a treat in todays world. What quick delivery, even in this crazy time we live in. I cant believe some of these reviews. I Truly have nothing but great praise for Classic Firearms. Just received a Beretta 85BB ( Surplus ) and it is SWEET !!! Bottom line I Love Classic Firearms and had great luck with them.

This Company is a joke! Sent me a heavily dented AK drum mag and shipped it back just to recieve another dented one a month and a half later. Now they want me to return again? Bad for business. Will shop elsewhere!

My order went to a bad address and they would not take the time to change the shipping address which ultimately resulted in Fed ex shipping it back to their vendor. Its been over 30 days and still no refund or product. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes I was unable to get s refund date. Stay away from them!! Classic Firearms is horrible!

Stay Away, horrible customer service horrible company, extra charges for nothing and I'm out over $600 with no gun. Please believe the bad reviews because they are truly awful.

Purchased a drum mag that had feeding issues and when I contacted them they were very fast to send return slip and send another mag that works perfect, GREAT customer service. Will use again with out hesitation.

ordered a Bear Creek Arsenal barrel. it arrived in a damaged package and there were scuffs on the finish. When I asked for a return the sent me to Bear Creek, who had EXCELLENT service. However, this is where I discovered I paid more to order it from Classic Firearms than direct from Bear Creek direct. Fast forward 18 months and forgetting the bad experience I had, i ordered magazines for my sidearm. They were shown as in stock. The next morning I received an email that they were on extended back order. I submitted a request for a refund and it took them 2 months to credit my card. I would run, not walk, in the opposite direction of this company. There are way better options out there.

I ordered a Canik pistol in early July 2020 from Classic Firearms. Three days later I received an email informing me that the order was cancelled because of an"inventory discrepancy". I emailed to confirm the cancellation to which they replied confirmation of the cancellation. So I purchased the same firearm from a different vendor. THEN Classic Firearms sent the pistol to my FFL!! I told CF that I would not accept the order because I had already purchased the gun from another vendor due to the "cancellation". They sent an RMA and return shipping label to my FFL and the item was received back by Classic Firearms in late July. I contacted them and they told me it would take 5-7 days to process my refund. I NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND so I finally called my credit card company late August to dispute the charge. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. Classic Firearms customer service is ridiculously bad. Believe all the bad online reviews and STAY AWAY!

The worst customer service and deceptive purchasing practices. They list a firearm in stock, you purchase and charge the purchase on your card, which is debited immediately. They inform you TEN days later after the purchase that the firearm is not in stock and cancel your order. Now you have to wait several days for your card to be credited. In the meantime you may have had an opportunity to purchase elsewhere. Aftermath, they not care about you. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CLASSIC FIREARMS ! DO THE RESEARCH AND SEE ALL THE COMPLAINTS ONLINE !

Super slow doing everything but making videos don't expect to get anything shipped for 3 to 4 weeks just like ordering from China

About a hundred round drum for my AR-15 the day that I got it it malfunction I sent it back a month ago they claim to be backlogged now I know why their products sucks oh and on top of that they can't find my box so now I'm having to wait for them to get off their ass and do something I've called them they said they're waiting to restock it but when I write write the service people they send me the same thing every time takes two to three weeks and as soon as it's done this to me my money it's been a month do not waste your money on these worthless company

If there was a rating of less than 1 star i would use it. this company is the worst gun dealer i have used to date. They falsely advertise delivery dates and then scam their way through weeks and weeks of waiting. They use the virus as an excuse to do very poor costumer service. I would not recommend using them at all for any sales . At this point i would suggest they are boarder line crooks. I will use Buds gunshop for everything I do on line.

Buyer beware you will never get your merchandise or money back ! And customer service are terrible I don’t know how these people sleep at night . Check all reviews and better business reviews don’t know how these people are not in jail

Customer service has been nothing but very nice &respectful to me,even after calling 3-4 times in 1 week about their tt pistols. I talked to Triston he was very helpful with me and had no problem answering my many confusing questions,LOL!!!!. Love the videos Clint!!!! Keep up the good work &thank you Classic for being there during these hard times. I will be ordering,hopefully,1 of their chinese m54 tt pistols monday if their not out by then. Again thank you & God Bless you All.

Classic Firearms doesn't stand behind the products they sell. If u buy from them and the product they sell is defective on day 1, ur on the hook for a 15% restocking fee. Their customer service department has little or no knowledge about guns either. So if ur looking for a real gun store, this is not one.

I was told by CF to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund. After waiting 3 weeks I contacted them and I was informed that they cant give me a timeline for a refund. Awful way to treat a customer especially during these hard times.

I have been waiting for merchandise for just about a month. They blame the delay on a 21 day waiting period from Mail Innovations.
