One star is to generous. They don’t have customer service. Stop making videos and start packing boxes. This is the worst service ever. I will never buy another item again from them.

They are very quick to charge your card (immediately) and then are very slow to ship. Obviously they have no incentive to quickly ship since they have your funds. I suspect they play a rather risky "shellgame" and probably oversell current inventory, hoping that their customer remains patient while they get more items in stock.

I will never buy from Classic Firearms again. They charge your card immediately and take their time to ship. I've had backorders ship quicker than their in-stock items.

Order a drum magazine and opted for a lifetime warranty at additional cost because of previous bad experience with the mag. Received the mag promptly.....only to find the product manufacturer gives a lifetime magazine guarantee....stated on the package. I requested the additional money I paid be refunded. They agreed to send within 2-3 days...39 days ago!! Customer service is not a term they understand!!!!!

My experience with classicfirearms.com seems to be standard with everyone else. They have taken my money instantly and are not shipping my item (non ffl). They have not responded to my email, and haven't made any effort to notify me of any reasons for they delay. I understand that times are tough for any business right now, but if you have time and manpower to constantly update your website and inventory, as well as your social media, you have time to take care of customers that have already paid for their orders. A very bad look for a business!

I ordered a shotgun on Jan 9th. My card was charged immediately after the order. Their website says firearm purchases take 5 to 10 business days to ship. It's Jan 27th and my order still hasn't shipped! First time trying this company. Would not recommend classic firearms to anyone!

I will not be ordering from them again. I ordered a few mags. Weeks ago and it’s still pending. I have emailed and called had can’t get a hold of anyone. It’s to the point where I feel like going to the bank and have them get my money back! Don’t order anything from them, I hope most people read reviews first normally I do but I wasn’t ordering anything important.

Ordered and paid 20 days ago for a shotgun, still says waiting to pack. Have not responded to two emails sent a week apart asking for a timeline on shipping. Ordered from them before and it was fine, seems like they are unable to keep up with increased demand, Yet they can post a new YouTube video everyday and send out 3 email flyers a day. Palmetto State doesn’t have delays like this.

Ordered lower that was said in stock. Waited 4 weeks and still showing waiting to get picked. Phone hangs up on you and customer service sends emails saying nothing is wrong with order.

Great Service and Selection however I strongly recommend not buying anything from them as they flood your email system after the sale with about 10-15 promotional emails each day and it is difficult to unsubscribe from their email list. For example to supply this review they are again asking for an email which I am certain will get flooded with additional promotional emails.

terrible company would never try to do business with them again. Ordered gun parts they said it would be shipped in 5 days took 60 days to get a refund

I ordered a shotgun 5 days ago. Called them today because I did not get the email that they had shipped it and was informed it could take up to 15 days just for them to have it shipped out. They should say that on the add. Every other place I have ordered a gun has it shipped out within a day.

I've been emailing them for over a month now.. with no response. Decided to go e it a try today and wala email response ..says will reply within 1 to 2 business days ... Yeah right.. today is 12 29 2020.. waiting

Bought 75 rd drum for ak... Does not work or fit properly piece broken off inside of drum... Called customer service always closed.. I am never able to get in contact with anyone... Bad part is I bought the warranty an cannot get the help or service I need ...

Price gouging company. Good luck trying to contact customer service. They’ll charge for shipping no matter how much they overcharge you. No customer loyalty. I’m spending my money elsewhere.

I wrote a previous review with one star. The Compliance manager saw the review and contacted me immediately. She apologized profusely and fixed everything quickly. She is wonderful and was very professional. My original review stands as far as the customer service department goes. You’ll notice, most of the bad reviews concern the customer service department. However, there are very good people at classic firearms. Finding them is the problem.
