“For whatever reason, it took me 20 minutes to go from my cart to making the purchase. The website went back and forth, deleted the items in my cart, multiplied my order by 3, deleted my cart AGAIN, logged me out, refused to load "step 2" of the checkout process(multiple times).... I had made up my mind to go somewhere else for my order if it didn't function correctly on the last time, then it worked. It shouldn't be a pain in the ass for me to give yall my business. I won't keep trying next time. I hope the problem gets fixed. Have a blessed day.”

“I was unable to log in with my existing account and submitted a request for a password reset. The email response contained a dead link, so I sent a request to have the link issue repaired. I was never contacted back with any solution to the password problem, but was sent a request to review the solution I never got. Tired of waiting, I just created an new account but my card was denied. (perfect credit) I was finally able to purchase with another card. I just needed support to get into my existing account! Is someone on vacation? I've always had excellent service in the past.”

“Poor customer service. They shipped item Fedex 2nd day with such restrictions that Fedex would not leave with a neighbor or allow me to arrange pick up in person at Fedex. Rediculous!!! Customer service said Sorry Have A Nice Day! Wont be dealing with them again.”

“Unlike others, i received my parts on time and to the correct address. However my classsic arms branded bolt and bolt carrier in 6.4grendel lasted about 100rds before the extractor sheared off. Emailed classic firearms and they basically said that since i didnt buy the warenty there was nothing they could do... This was hilarious to me, there is basically no warrenty on their parts unless you buy tue extended one lol. Just stay away, not worth the few bucks you'll save. Buy off optics plannet, jobob or somethimg. Just not cheaper than dirt, they're price gouging aholes.”

“These guys are either overloaded with orders or just plain incompetent. I placed my orders on 2/3/21 and they still have not shipped. No FFL items. I'm going to submit a claim with the BBB and my credit card as they have not responded to emails. They spend way too much time marketing the company with no ability to deliver. Would not buy from again.”

“I ordered a simple ar carry handle two weeks ago and hasn't even shipped. I ordered the same carry handle from another company and it shipped the very next day. My advice io classic is if you can't ship items quicker the you shouldn't charge our cards until items actually ship.”

“Order a drum magazine and opted for a lifetime warranty at additional cost because of previous bad experience with the mag. Received the mag promptly.....only to find the product manufacturer gives a lifetime magazine guarantee....stated on the package. I requested the additional money I paid be refunded. They agreed to send within 2-3 days...39 days ago!! Customer service is not a term they understand!!!!!”

“ordered a Bear Creek Arsenal barrel. it arrived in a damaged package and there were scuffs on the finish. When I asked for a return the sent me to Bear Creek, who had EXCELLENT service. However, this is where I discovered I paid more to order it from Classic Firearms than direct from Bear Creek direct. Fast forward 18 months and forgetting the bad experience I had, i ordered magazines for my sidearm. They were shown as in stock. The next morning I received an email that they were on extended back order. I submitted a request for a refund and it took them 2 months to credit my card. I would run, not walk, in the opposite direction of this company. There are way better options out there.”

“No response to questions regarding lost shipment of firearms. Customer ordered, received delivery notification, but not guns. As courtesy, I called, emailed and sent web contact... Technically, dealer was never notified of order and has no shipping info. Not "Boo" from Classic. Provided Cust name and contact info.... a Classic Robot asked Customer name and phone info.... Food firearms, fair prices... don't trust them.”

“Purchased k98 refurbished rifle. They claimed the bore had been cleaned. This bore hadnt seen a cleaning in many years. I posted a review with Classic and they decided not to post it. This makes all their reviews suspect to being manipulated by them. Dont believe the reviews and what they say about the firearms.”

“Do not use their advertised credit buying option. You will pay twice what the advertised price of the item. The finacing institution they use is called Monterey financial. They are a high interest high penalty financier. If you finance through them you will pay twice the advertised price no matter how fast you try to pay it off because this is a not a credit transaction, you are buying a service at 2x the cost of the items.”
