“Perhaps you could forward my outstanding order (made on the 30th March) or at least answered my e-mail. That said I would say that other orders have arrived promptly and given that I had received this one or at least an answer I would have said Very Good. Sorry”

Sorry to hear this. Your emails have been answered within 1 working day. If you could please check your email junk folders and or spam settings you should be able to see them. As we have heard no more from you I would assume this has turned up. We do suggest 3-5 working days for delivery and your review was left on the 5th working day. Feel free to call us on the telephone number on every page of the website as an alternative to leaving bad reviews.
