“Because they stock product(s) which I never expected to be able to source, and once purchased and ordered the item(s) arrive pretty promptly too, as a result I have been promoting the Classic Movie Store to my social circle as a genuinely valuable resource for groups, schools further education, etc., etc., I confidently expect to continue using their services for the forseeable future, I only wish they had existed many years ago, I wish them all every success and a very long and profitable future.”

“Great (old) films and television series. Good pricing and very quick delivery all add up to an excellent service that is good value. I would like to see the range of 1960's and early 1970's television titles expanded, but I appreciate that 50 years on, that can't be easy. Very highly recommended.”

“Rubbish service! Placed an order online on 13/3/17 for £99, apprantly dispatched on the 14/3/17, parcel never received, asked for replacements to be sent next day but Phil decided to refund me instead! Thank you for not fulfilling my order and the embarrassment caused as this was an anniversary present for 22/3/17! Will never use again and will definitely not recommend!”

Sorry again about any poor service you have received here. You were refunded due to your claim for financial compensation for stress. This is not something that we offer in our terms and conditions and any consequential compensation claims against us will result in your order being cancelled. We are always happy to resolve issues with your order, but cannot offer an open cheque book for compensation claims when we are retailing DVDs for entertainment purposes. Sorry again and hope you have more luck with other retailers. We would also ask that you could let us know when this parcel arrives and we can arrange for it to be collected.

“Excellent service. The staff where very helpful when I spoke to them on the phone and asked about delivery details as I needed the boxed set quickly for a birthday gift, and I was so pleased when they arrived the next morning. Well done! There are lots of good sets available and I'm sure I'll be buying more in the future”
