“Be wary of this seller. I bought a Nilfisk E-145 Home and Car care bundle on the website when it showed 10+stock available. This was on the 11th of April. Money was taken promptly, but no information on delivery. I contacted them through chat and after a lot of delayed responses, I was told that the product was on back-order. Classic misinformation tactic. Now, my card has been charged and most people will not go through the hassle of waiting on this to be reversed while they spend another few hundred on an alternate seller!! How does Cleanstore get away with these positive reviews? I see now that another person has left exactly this same feedback. No response from Cleanstore either, I see! This is the kind of company that would misinform its customers and respond only to good reviews. So, while I pay for my mistake in dealing with them - if you are researching this company to buy from them, I would suggest that you do not! Save your time.”
“Purchased a nilfisk power washer which was faulty after sending photographs receipts and troubleshooting clean store said they’d pick up the faulty machine. Then I received a short email stating they don’t pick up from Northern Ireland and advice me to have it fixed under warranty at a store 65 miles away. They are now ignoring my calls and emails. I mean if they sell and deliver to Northern Ireland why not pick up there!”
“Absolutely marvellous deal on one of the Numatic Vacuum Cleaners.
I have wanted to buy a smiley face vacuum for some time now as l have read many hundreds of positive reviews of how they are heavy duty and dependable but relatively simple in their construction.
I have had many, many expensive vacuum cleaners over the years and all have eventually failed in their performance and proved disappointing so l decided this time l would seek a happy, smiley vac for a third of the price in the knowledge that it would be dependable and fit for purpose.
The search was on and l decided l didn't want to pay above one hundred pounds for it which make the task slightly more difficult as this meant shaving a minimum of at least thirty pounds of the rrp of most of the numatic family.
Enter the Clean Store. There is was. A lovely yellow Smiling James for £99.99 with free delivery.
