Order ref 677583 WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM YOU & I AM STILL WAITING FOR ANFULL REFUND AND RESPONSE !! I ordered 14 yankee candles medium christmas cookie. Today I received 1 snowflake cookie yankee candle.  Where is the rest of my order please and by rest I mean all 14 christmas cookie yankee candles. I have emailed you before you dont answer. I do not want this one as I didnt order this. I want a full refund off my 119,17 gbp this is unacceptable if I do not receive a response I will work with a lawyer to get my money back. How can you operate a company like this. You do not answer phone calls or emails and do not send people their products. Unacceptable. I will work to get my money back if I do not hear anything. !!

I haven’t revived my order yet it was placed on the 24/11/19 and I payed next day delivery I would really appreciate someone to let me know what is happening

Please don't make the same mistake I made. I ignored the bad reviews and paid the price. Lied about dispatching the item (no tracking number provided). Had to literally hound them on email and Facebook when items didn't arrive, because no-one answers their phone. Finally got a reply, guess what, the item has mysteriously gone missing and unable to prove the item had been dispatched....SHOCK, but I thought all their deliveries were tracked?? Explained the items were for a charity Xmas display and asked if the they could be sent via an express delivery service as a sign of good will. was told NO. Awful company, awful service. BEWARE!

Paid for 24 hour shipping and it took over 5 days before it arrived and then it arrived damaged. Have asked for a refund but have been ignored so will now pursue other means for getting a refund. Very poor to deal with. Very poor communication. Sub standard on every aspect

They haven’t sent me everything I have asked for, they don’t answer their phones voicemails emails or Facebook. I’ve lost money and there is nothing I can do about it

I have written two emails to you which won't go through saying the form is unavailable.... I received my order and it was damaged....I've tried ringing and left my number was told they would ring me back. ...nobody has rung .. Please sort this out asap Ruth Cook

Not responding after they sent me completely the wrong item. Ordered over 2 weeks ago for a specific date, feel let down by this company and dont know if they will refund me or send me my correct item or carry on ignoring me. I personally will never use them again.

DO NOT PURCHASE at least the change courier company. I NEVER received my order. This Company use HERMES as a courier (which is THE WORST service possible). In my case, they sent me emails letting me know that my parcel will be deliver that day, 5 days in a row and still nothing. I asked for a complete refund and they get back to me saying that Hermes couldn't deliver because of "adverse weather conditions" No such thing, just rainbows and blue sky at my end. No refund, no parcel. I feel a scammed.

my order was not sent to courier and I waited in all day and the only reason I ordered that day was because I paid for Express post as I was going away the day after for 2 weeks and I have no.idea where the goods are now as I am not back until 12 October and I am not happy at all and expect it to be sorted asap I have tried ringing all day on the day I was leaving and no one would answer phone to help me so will be doing battle when.i get home

Hi Nina, Unfortunately as advised we had an issue with DPD with regards to this and advised on the day. I issued you with a refund for your postage that you paid extra on this service and made sure that your order went out to that same day. This delivery is now awaiting collection at your local DPD depot. I am sorry that we had an issue with DPD that day, however this was completely out of our control and we rectified this for you as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
