“Great service. One item I ordered was unfortunately out of stock and the email I received apologising was both polite and hilariously good humoured. They refunded me the item cost and the P&P for my whole order. That kind of personal customer service will make me a regular customer.”

“Ordered yankee candle votive holders didn't arrive and when I chased was told they had arrived there all smashed up and they didn't have any more to send me. I then ordered 3 yankee candles again didn't arrive so ichased up and was told they Had been sent but would send again this time I did receive them but came to me instead of address I had requested them to be sent to”

“I had already looked at same make of tree in local garden centre but they only had a taller tree which was too big for our room. After searching the internet I came across the one in clearance shed which was the same victorian pine style but with lights. It was less than half price and although a bit sceptical I sent for it. I was absolutely delighted and now have it erected. It has been admired by my family and they cannot believe the price I paid.”
