“Phoned for information before ordering - call answered quickly, politely and dealt with my enquiry very efficiently. Product (paint) was exactly as described and despatched quickly - was exceptionally well packaged/protected. No fault of clearanceshed, but Hermes let them down by delivering to wrong house !”
