“Bought a tin of paint. Good price, arrived on time but tin is badly dented near lid. Assuming I can open and close it there is no problem. Obviously did not happen in transit so should not have been dispatched.”

“Communication and delivery were great but I had problems locating goods on the website. I nearly gave up several times because I couldn’t find the full range of goods in a logical way. The format is wrong and a slick update would make it far more user friendly....... and improve sales.”

“Got a Barbie Makeup vanity case £10 redused from £20 for my Grandaughter she loves it . I was very Happy with this service. I've also Ordered Another 1 for my other Grandaughter for christmas . 10/10 for product and service.”

“Disgusted. Had to be In contact with customer service 4 times already, get told different excuse every time and still I have no parcel!!!! Useless at answering their phone. So struggling to get my refund. It’s a joke”

“Absolutely shocking service, ordered placed with a delivery expected within 48 hours. Received an email stating a tracking number would sent out. Still no tracking number after 5 days, spoke with someone on the phone who explained my order was lost in the system due to a website migration. Was assured the order would be pushed through that day... Still no delivery or tracking number another 4 days later and can't reach anyone on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!”
