“Very difficult company to deal with. No order acknowledgement was race and no response to 5 phone calls and 4 emails. Comments from on customer site requesting order progress was also ignored. Eventually order was delivered unexpected my with no notification. Never again.😡😡”

“Bought a tin of paint. Good price, arrived on time but tin is badly dented near lid. Assuming I can open and close it there is no problem. Obviously did not happen in transit so should not have been dispatched.”

“Was disappointed to see the lining at the base of the suit case has been put in inside out ,,meaning the zip to open the lining is on the inside of the fabric and not the outside You have to leave lining open to be able to get to the zip to open the lining IN OTHER WORDS IT'S FAULTY !!!! not good enough SAMSONITE !!”

“Tried to find out exactly when my item would arrive but got a very vague response. Couriers info site poor so it was lucky we were in when he arrived. Item did arrive on day 5 and pleased with what we had ordered and price so it is only the lack of updates that is a problem.”
