“The people running this company are criminals & should be locked up for the crimes they are doing. They will sell you something for as little £5.99 just to take card details down & then a week later charge you over £1000.00 without any reason what so ever.
Complete SCAM and avoid as all costs.”
“I would not recommend this company, avoid at all cost, DO NOT GIVE this company your bank account details. They deducted £948.01 for work they did not do.”
“Scammer , Dodgy and Thieves
Scammer , Dodgy and Thieves
Never trust this people , never even talk to them , they call me and told me a big lies , (we get you a 12K grant and reduce business rate by 40 percent , and they said no job done no fees) and after a few days they submitted a form to VOA and ask me to pay them £954 and they said TERMS AND CONDITIONS, I said the job is not done yet and WHEN I GET the grant you will get paid , they opened a case in the court for Against me and now they want £1066 including court fees, I have to go the court now !!!!!!!!!!!
VERY PRFESHINAL SCAMMERS and VERY BAD COMPANY”
“ANY THINKING OF DOING THIS DONT .I PAYED A SMALL FEE OF £5.00 UNFORTUNATE BY CARD THEN A WEEK LATER THEY TOOK £1900.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION . THEY ARE PRO SCAMERS .”
“I received a call from one of the telesales people stating we only had to pay a small amount around £150 if I remember correctly which I paid over the phone. I was told if the application was successful we had the option of paying them the full fee for this company to get us a business rates rebate.
A large unauthorised sum was deducted from my card a week later without my permission. Luckilly the bank stepped in ad refunded our money otherwise I would be another scammed victim of this company.”
“AVOID!!
AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!!
Scammers, tell you one thing to believe them and then do another. very intimidating men make you feel pressured and uncomfortable. Something needs doing about these con men stealing small businesses money.
Fake reviews this is a dreadful company.
ALL THE DISCOUNTS OBTAINED CAN BE DONE SO BY CLAIMING SMALL RATES RELIEF FROM YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITY DIRECT.
DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS”
“AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Somehow, this company managed to lie to our local council in order for us to obtain a discount for our business rates.
As a result of this, The council credited our account.
Consequently, CLEMENTS are now claiming that we owe them more than what was credited to us from the council in fees? When we questioned this and disputed it, they purposely filed a CCJ incorrectly against our company in an attempt to send bailiffs to our workplace to illegally retrieve monies.
We are now fighting them in court.
PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS AND COMPANIES LIKE THIS MUST BE STOPPED! AGAIN, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”
“They call you and make it too good to be true and then they charge you a small fee first and before doing the work they are ready to take the second payment. And then they say that it is on the terms and condition that they need to take the second payment but they don't clarify all the terms and conditions on the phone and then they take another percentage of whatever they say they can save and not only that when you want toCancel the contract that you did not sign they say no you can't the paperwork has gone out and therefore they threaten to take you to court and cause a great stress and inconvenience to you stay away from them and then you get a fake letter taking you to court with a scam number googly up he comes up as scam number”
“Stay clear of this awful company! After a phone call and a small initial payment they imply consent to their T&Cs and demand money for services you never agreed to, threaten you and take you to court - where you should go! We just won. Judge said there is no legal basis for contract.”
“They said they will only charge me £120 in advance but I was surprised later they took £700 even though they didn’t succeed!
Avoid them cos they lie lots”
“We had a terrible time with this company. They claim its a one off check fee and you don't sign anything. They then email you a contract and embedded in it are costs for £750 that they say they can take from the card you paid with. They then threaten legal action. We fought them and WON. The judge said they had no contract. YOU CAN USE THIS IN ANY LEGAL DEFENCE AGAINST CLEMENTS. Use REFERENCE E4QZ9M00 as evidence to support any claim they make.

“We had to fight this company in court and WON. They swizz you into paying £70 for a check up then charge your card with £800 claiming you signed a contract. The Judge said they didin't. Other companies should use this as evidence to prevent them swindling companies.”
“Beware this company....scam....scam....big online and over the phone robbery.....I lost £805.99. Then I closed my bank account... they are brain wash group!,,!,,!,,!,,,”
“They have attempted this same thing with us.
They will initially try to charge you£5.99 on the phone and say that they will not charge you anything else until they have achieved a reduction. On the phone call they will say that their only charge is that £5.99 plus a percentage of the reduction achieved.
In practice, they use the £5.99 as confirmation of your instruction for them to act on your behalf for a fixed fee and will in a few days take a further more substantial amount from your card.
It is as if by paying the £5.99 you are agreeing to pay them whatever the fixed fee is in their terms and conditions, which are only sent to you after you make that initial payment.
I think these same people used to be hammer properties which were notorious for this and so they have changed their name.
It seems they have paid for a few fake trustpilot reviews.”
“I used this company to lower my RV. They did a check then said that the VOA changed their practice in 2017 so I wasn't feasible for them to challenge. They would have known this prior to charging me. Its now with the solicitors. I'm not the only person who has experienced this. Do some research. Its a nightmare firm, stay away.”
