“not normally one for reviews but today clements agreed a reduction for me. i have tried with 2 other companies and got nowhere in the past. its early days but i have just received confirmation from valuation office that clements agreed a challenge case reduction from my rates value which was £39,000 to £21,000 - i am expecting to get roughly £8,000pa back for the last 4 years. as a warehouse we got no grants so this rebate is going to make a big difference.
