“We have been dealing with Eddie, who has done a great job keeping us in touch given the problems in the global supply chain. The containers he supplied have been well painted, and are in excellent condition as expected. subject to price, we would not hesitate to use again for our next orders, particularly when specifying containers outside of the standard sizes.”

Hi Andy, We’re sorry that you had a bad experience with us as we pride ourselves on our customer service and don’t want to let our customers down. As a business that operates nationally, we work with a number of third-party companies who look after our stock at different depots across the country. Here at Cleveland Containers, we work as hard as we can to ensure all aspects of the sale and delivery of our containers run as smoothly as possible, however some issues can often arise that we cannot control. After investigating what went wrong with your order, we discovered that the depot responsible for the release of your containers unfortunately sent an incorrect unit to you. Despite our best efforts to rectify this and deliver your container to you as soon as possible, unfortunately, due to limited haulier availability, the earliest the haulier can deliver your container is mid-August. We are also very disappointed with this outcome and share your frustrations. We’re sorry that your experience has ended with you leaving us a negative review, we hope that this hasn’t deterred you from ordering from us again. Kind regards, Cleveland Containers
