“As a repeat customer I assume that the level of service would be good. It was. From initial quote to the lorry leaving my yard after delivering four twenty footers I was dealt with professionally by everyone. I will be back.”

“Various e-mails sent and messages left for Richard no one responding asked for pictures of unit once it was painted no one replied.very poor communication”

Upon speaking to Richard, I can see he responded to your emails mostly on the same day, except for one instance where we were waiting for an update from our depot, which have been running with less staff due to the current circumstances. “Staff were generally helpful but checks of potential access issues should have been highlighted earlier. Recieved conflicting delivery times from staff emails. In the end delivery went smoothly it's just it could have been a little clearer in the early stages of organisation.”

“Driver was incredibly skillful in placing container without having to move anything out of way. Container looks brand new. Company sent padlock by post which i didn’t know about. Should come with container”
