“I have been extremely impressed by al members of the team, including the delivery company. Everyone I talked with or corresponded with were polite, informative and reassuring. I run a disability cycling club snd needed the contsiner to store our bikes so this was new to me. I felt supported all the way. We would definately use this company again, should we get more funding. Many thanks to all, Cycle Happy Club Sheffield.”

“Very good correspondence with Matthew and then once I had decided to purchase the container I got emails from another 4 or 5 people that was a little confusing, Even more so when the container didn't come in the morning, but late afternoon, as I had been told. However all turned out ok in the end as container was dropped off in the right place and it was exactly as I had expected from the photos that had been sent previously and exactly what I wanted. Thank you.”

Hi Chris, apologies that you were confused by emails from different people. The reason we send emails from more than one person is because we have people from multiple departments for example, the sales rep who sells you the container, accounts who will send your invoice and transport who will arrange your delivery, and then any after sales that is required. Other than that, we are pleased you are happy with your container, we think it looks great too! Thanks, CC.

“A smooth process from initial contact to short notice delivery timeline. Delivered ahead of time which worked better for us. Excellent condition container. Delivery driver was very courteous, efficient and kept us informed of his movements at all times. Container placed exactly where it was supposed to go.”

“I got good advice from Cleveland Containers and took the 20ft model. It came when they said it would, it was spick and span and tidy. Passers by said it look tidy in the streetscene. Keith Holdsworth”
