“Very friendly staff, all throughout. You sense it is a family run business, and there is good customer care. Coul not put 5 stars though as t took a bit longer than expected to get the used container delivered (we bought a used 10ft one), and when it arrived it had a vry string smell of (???) and after several weeks of ventilation it is still there. I think we will need to change the plywood flooring.”

“Nice people to deal with. Arrived when promised. Placed neatly and efficiently next to my other containers. A bit pricey, but I gather they're in short supply, due in part to the global Covid crisis. Overall though - achieved what I wanted. Will contact them again, when I need another.”

“We have purchased from Cleveland Containers in the past, and as ever the service was very good. There were a couple of minor problems with haulage, which were sorted out quickly and efficiently. I would certainly buy from them again.”

“Found Cleveland containers to be reasonably priced and service was good. I dealt with Eddy and his staff and found them all to be professional and helpful. Did have a couple of issues with our containers but soon as I reported the issue's Eddy had his team straight out and the issues were corrected. Would recommend Cleveland Containers.”

“ORDERED ON THE 4TH SEPTEMBER 2020 AND PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE. 1NR 10FT STORE & 1NR 50:50 SPLIT CONTAINER. WAS SHOWN A PHOTO OF THE 50:50 UNIT, WEEKS WENT BY AND THEN GOT TOLD THE PHOTOS WERE FOR A MORE EXPENSIVE UNIT AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY 50:50 SPLIT CONTAINERS ANYMORE. CHENGED ORDER TO 2NR CABINS, MONTHS WENT BY, CHASED WEEKLY. FINALY RECIEVED BOTH STORES WC 11TH JAN. SO NOT GREAT. ...... WE CAN BUILD HOUSES ON SITE QUICKER THAN YOU CAN PAINT A CONTAINER AND GET IT OUT ON SITE!!”

“Obtained quotes for As New 20ft High Cube Container from several UK companies. Cleveland had this in stock and were very competitively priced. Delivery charge proved to be excellent as too communication with the company - speedy response to questions asked. Was notified of a morning delivery date and when it didn't appear phoned Cleveland. Whatever the issue was (probably traffic) Cleveland addressed this and the container was delivered in the afternoon of stated delivery date. With some very skilful driving in a somewhat tight location the container was placed in situ. Container was as described/expected and service excellent.”

“Bought a flat pack. Very happy with sales team. Delivery chap was ace. Took more like an hour to assemble not 5 mins and nearly caused a divorce when I told my wife to take her shoes off before going in!”
