I'm at clicks menlyn and they don't have testers for Loreal products,how are we supposed to buy make up without testing? This has been going on for 3 years.

Clicks Northcliff Corner. Johannesburg. Thank you to the fabulous Miss Johanna Chauke who helped this gogo do almost all the Christmas shopping in half an hour! She helped me understand the purple sticker 2 for 3 promotion and helped me choose the best options. I will call her my Retail Consultant! Great choices for gifting and massive savings on the total spend. Thanks Johanna and also Alina who advised me on skincare product specials & Lesego at the cash register.

I placed an online order via the Clicks App on November 29th.Worst decision ever. You can message,call,rant on social media and still not receive your order. A message is sent via the app everyday indicating that the order is out for delivery but I haven't received my order to date.Clicks online service is a nightmare!!!!

Good Day Yesterday I went to clicks at Villageview on Van Burren.To buy my face wash ,suppliment and lotions.When I was asked for my clicks card.I mentioned that I dont have the physical card with me but I know the clicks card number off by heart. Upon paying I asked to redeem my points.I was told no because I dont have the physical card.There is no proof that this is my card. I asked why would I bother knowing someon'es card number off by heart?I use this number so often at Engen and Clicks.I asked if I can verify my details by saying the full name ,address ,contact number and email address on the account.I was told no I even confirmed my cash back balance as I had checked it while I was at work before going there. My question now is say my card is lost or stolen and gets picked up by someone.They will be more legible to use it more than me because they holding it physically,but yet I have all the details on it?This DOES NOT MAKE SENSE How is this preventing fraud or scams?This is not bullet proof.I was so annoyed and dissappointed,as I have started that clicks back in 2012. With such changed.Please put a notice with disclaimer somewhere in the store.Please be reasonable if someone is willing to verify details please consider that.

I placed an order on the 9th, on the 15th the status changed to order attempted contact not available, but there was no contact made, I called to enquire, I was told the order has been taken back to the warehouse, I asked which number do they have they told me about a number that's not even mine whereas I wrote the correct number when I made the order. I'm so disappointed, I still haven't received my order. I'm waiting for them to escalate the matter as they suggested but I really wanted to cancel the order. Clicks online isn't for the faint hearted.

I've had a huge problem with my Clicks rewards card as I did not receive my rewarding points for many years. I went to a Clicks branch to complain. I was told that an unknown person claimed my rewards every second month and that I was not the only person linked to that club card. The person helping me issued me with another Clicks club card. However, two months later another person once again shared that club card with me and I have lost my awards. I was extremely unhappy as I spent between R3000 an R5000 monthly at Clicks. I went to Clicks in Sasolburg which is situated in the Sasolburg Boulevard Shopping Centre. I was pleasantly surprise with the help and assistance that I received from Boris. Boris issued me with a new Clicks club card number. He also rewarded me with my last transactions that wasn't claimed yet. Everytime that I entered Clicks, he followed up to ensure that I was still the only person linked to this card number and that my awards are also being linked to the card. He also cancelled all the previous award cards that was linked to my name at the pharmaceutical devision. Boris was so helpful in my journey of frustration during which I did not receive my rewards. Yesterday he checked again to ensure that I am still the only person using that specific card number. He then issued my new Clicks club card and I will be able to use my awards on the 24th of this month. Boris communicated the process and my concerns to the manager and she is also aware of my problem. They supported me in this process. Yesterday, I also forgot my bank card in the store. Boris gave me a call to inform me. I am really excited about the service that I have received from Boris. He was also the reason that I have moved my chronic medicine prescription from another pharmacy to Clicks. Boris is the reason why I am now a very happy customer of Clicks. Boris has demonstrated an extraordinary quality of service to me. His infectious enthusiasm and abilty to maintain a positive attitude even on the face of my challenges expire me to motivate my friends and family to use Clicks as their preferred company for their shopping in future. I want to thank Boris for his consistent excellent service.

Customer service at the Kensington clicks in Durban north has the worst employees who are always messing up your chronic prescription so disappointing every month it's always an issue with them

I am greatly happy with Thapelo Sehlabela service at Nigel branch Angelo Mall. He will always give advice on the product im looking for. My 3 children really loves him because his friendly and always smiles and have a conversation with them. When the product is not on the shelve he will go to the back to check if it there if not he will let me know when it will be available. Keep up with your great job Thapelo Sehlabela 👌

Bought a few products online on Tues the 26th of Sep 2023 and opted for the click and collect delivery method.Didn’t receive any confirmation email or SMS but money went through. Today is Friday the 6th of October 2023. I still haven’t received my products. I called customer service and he told me they will get back to me in 3 working days. Do not buy online.

I purchased online money was deducted from my bank account but I did not receive any conformation and when I looked at my cart it still had the items which I bought but my money is gone phoned clicks wrote many emails they just sent me email that they still investigating Terrible experience

Worst way to order something you need, rather you go to the store and purchase items. Service is terrible, you wait days just for products to be delivered I thought it would be more convenient but no thanks never again

I would love to give Shirley and Phumi from Clicks Sandton the biggest hugs for the wonderful service I received on Saturday (02.09.2023) they both explained the procedure of getting a glam look and honestly just loved how friendly and warm they were. Clicks Quagga Centre is SCAMMING customers at till points - Make sure to NOT SWIPE your cards at Clicks Quagga Centre. The manager at Clicks Quagga Centre in Pretoria asked me to swipe twice as the first transaction will reverse but he also Rudely Refused to write an agreement ( between mysel, him and the cashier) so I lost money just like that .

Disgusting, terrible, horrible services received from the Gordonsbay branch, from the manager. Good etiquette, manners and respect doesn't cone with training. Certainly lowers the stores, grading and standard by employing such staff. Half unprofessional advertising with no specification. But I took a picture of it. Addressing it with a positive mindset, with your manager didn't help, he had a rude arrogant attitude. I'm extremely disappointed. Won't visit this branch again.

I received the best customer service from Rachel Hlambephi at Chatsworth clicks. She is so patient and caring, beautiful smile all the time, she make sure you leave the store satisfy with all your needs. Generosity was a person that will be Rachel please keep her. She is a star. We need more people like her as customers and this contribute greatly towards the business.

I have spent many thousands of rands at Clicks. My wife has terminal bone cancer and the pain meds we get at Government hospital has BAD side effects. I don't have a Medical Aid and am a pensioner. I get her Fentanyl patches privately which costs a lots of money. I got 3x quotes from different pharmacies and chose to get the meds at Clicks as their quote was R11 100 for one months supply. I asked them to get them for me but asked that they confirm the price as they had already tried to find a cheaper generic. This morning 3 days after getting a quote in writing and paying in excess of R11 000 already) i get told that the price is now R12 600. Sweetly, KEEP YOUR WORD. Today is the last day Clicks shall see me. very very sad.
