Clicks your online purchasing processing and delivery service is prehistoric. Please do something about it, because we have been loyal customers for decades. Why do you do us so bad?

Clicks delivery is very bad. I have now waited since last week for my order. No use going instore either because I am told the products are not in the store. I tried collect the last time thinking it will be better but its just as bad as delivery. Clicks should really up their game in their delivery turnaround time. It is crazy to wait so long for the items to arrive. Even checking the tracking doesn't help because according to it, my parcel arrived 3 days ago but its just sitting somewhere I suppose at the courier place. For whatever reasons I don't know.

Honestly, I ordered online with three different companies, all on the same day, and the others confirmed collection was ready a day later. It has been 3 days and still no further update. So sad that a well established company such as Clicks cannot get online orders to their customers within 24-48 hours. This is my second purchase using the online platform and surely will be my last.

After paying through the payU system, did not even get an email confirmation of purchase - from the reviews here I think it's going to take long to resolve this matter.

I placed an order for click and collect on the 1st of July and today is the 13th, and I still have not received my order. I got a message with an OTP to go collect in the store and when we got there, we were told that the order is not there. I have called several times enquiring about the order, and I was told it’s being escalated, and I will be getting the order today. There is still nothing!! Honestly, this is my last online order with Clicks. I have always tolerated your poor click and collect service, but this did it for me. I need my parcel today or please send me a refund. Best of luck to anyone who will be using Clicks for online service because it’s really bad!

Clicks is the worse on online service, i bought online on the 20 june 2022, and still today my order has not arrived. And they dont update nothing, the tracking option keep saying enroute, for 2wks now, and it was a pick up order. Im so dissapointed. I will never in my entire life order at clicks online never.

Night and Day between Clicks and Dischem online delivery. I’m now past the 4 day mark and from the reviews I’m guessing this could take a while. My parcel has been saying on route for the last 3 days. Pargo is the delivery company and I thought they were more organised than this. My advice is rather order online from Dischem. If they have the items you ordered in the branch you selected as pick up point you can get it the very same day which was my experience. Never again clicks 😤

Did.not honour three day delivery promise. When I enquired whats happening after 4 days, I was told they will respond in 72 hours Now seven days later after order date I still dont know.whats happening with a simple delivery which shows enroute all the time, with no distinctions to make it easier to assess where the delay is eg delay on toad or at warehouse.I have used other couriers and they deliver on time.Clicks must get their act together because they dont stack up to competition.

Clicks do not know what customer service is. Ordered stuff online and paid for it 22.05.03. I had to call them and they told me parcel has been dispatched from Cape Town and afterwards I received and email stated that the parcel has been dispatched from JHB and is on the courier. I called just now and they say there is a delay I would only receive the parcel Thursday or Friday this week. What a bunch of useless people. This is false advertisement of deliveries take place in 3 to 4 days. I am furious and they have the audacity to keep you hanging on their call center lines forever. Never again. They are bad and never will I order online from Clicks again. In comparison with other online stores they are pathetic

Ordered an airfryer and speakers, @rams courier delivered to my door but the way the parcels/packages(mine and other people's)were being thrown around is beyond me, some packaging was damaged. Tried turning in the speaker, it wouldn't go on. That's the first and the last time I order @clicksOnline

Its obvious from the reviews that no one should purchase online from Clicks. Bought a product online on 31 March, which should be delivered in 2-3 days. Its is 12 April and haven't received the product. Clicks is just silent, no updates given, no apologies, nothing. on 8 April I called customer care, but they don't answer. So I emailed *********** to enquire. They said they would escalate. 11 April I had not received feedback so I called and again, no answer. I emailed again and their response was to give them another 24 hrs to provide feedback. As if i haven't waited long enough. Of course, they didn't response within 24hrs either. I have advised them that the product I ordered was prescribed by a dermatologist and Im in desperate need of it, but that didn't spark any urgency or concern. It's been 12 days of non delivery, and no explanation whatsoever.

I’m writing this review with great disappointment I was recently employed with the company till I lost my job on the 15th of December 2021, later the week I can in to sign and sign off my provident fund form and got my service certificate which stated an amount I was expected to get from the provident fund claim I waited for a few week so I can get my pay so I can be able to restart my life and go further my education but 2 months passed when I called in my previous manager to inquire about the issue she referred me to the provident fund division with is a independent company when I called in with the company they told me I had to wait for 6-8week which passed without me getting my payout I made several calls to check in when I’ll get the payout but there was always excuses and what not. Only later last week I got paid but to my surprise I only got R8000 from the R61 000 of which was stated on my service certificate I tried calling in with clicks HR but they never pick up or when they do pick up they tell me that I should wait they’ll transfer me to the relevant department then they placed me on hold for 30mins!! And the call was never picked up till I hung up out of frastration. I really need the money for my tuition and help my family out the pay out I got didn’t even meet not even one of the things I thought I’d do…

Ordering online is pathetic. My order has been 'out for delivery' since 9 days ago. Still not received and no feedback. Will never use this service again. 0/10 rating from me
