Dont use Clicks online shopping. I ordered items on the 3rd November, tge website says it will take 3-5 days for delivery. 12 days later Im still waiting. The customer services dept is not interested in helping. Please, DO NOT order from Clicks.

Placed an online order to collect at store suppose to take 3 days. Order still shows processing, called the customer service lines 5 times already order is escalated according them but no one can assit or tell me what's the problem. Emailed them as well haven't heard of them yet. No words

Just a pity there is no option to give a -00.CLicks online is the WORST in the history of online shopping there call center customer service people are incompetent. I placed an order and paid for it. It is supposed to be a 3-day service, so when there was no movement on day 2 I called to cancel and ask for a refund as the parcel would only reach the destination 5 days after the fact. I was told I can't cancel it. I had to send money to someone in a different province to go purchase the gift in cash in the store. The same product was not available so I had to get something that was not my first choice either, still no word on my refund. PATHETIC!!

Loadshedding affects all of us but somehow small businesses make a plan. Clicks on the other hand shuts down and cannot even assist customers already in store. If u want to retain your customers I strongly suggest u make a plan Clicks management. U are not to big to fail.

Worst Online shopping experience ever! I placed an order and upon checking out and reviewing there website, I was supposed to receive my order within 1-3 working days and now 2nd week is gone and they don't deliver in weekends. Secondly, I'm still waiting for the refund of the overcharge. The discount they advertised was effected and only noticed after having processed payment.

Do not use clicks online shopping! The website will say they have stock and then 2 weeks later when you were expecting delivery a week before they will tell you they have no stock. Their website does not even have a basic stock syncing system to show what it truly in stock or not. Waste of time and now I have to wait for a refund. Takealot.com had the same thing - I should have gone with them. Pity I chose to give clicks online a try.

had a bad experience with clicks Vangate Cape Town, when you get to the pharmacy you expect to get the best service ever. Firstly to let a disabled person to wait in a long queue is definitely not on. Had a script which was handed to a different branch but did not have a certain item, they promised to call within days for collection. waited for more than 2 weeks. then decided to go to Vangate and found what i was looking for. When i got to the tills after a very long wait, i explained to the pharmacist that the script is in Pinelands and have been waiting long and they never called. Vangate also had the last item on the shelf to my surprise to be told that i should tell Pinelands store that Vangate has the item. Pharmacist did not even want to try and call Pinelands himself and find out from Pinelands instead he kept on asking me why do they have it and Pinelands don't? Do i work for Clicks ? how can you ask a customer such a question and be dismissive of everything. Rangie from Vangate is not customer orientated at all. what also annoyed me is to be told that there are lots of people waiting that he needs to attend to, what about me that means i did not matter to him at all. I thank the ladies who went out of their way to assist Fatima and Siyasanga.

SINUCON IS AN OVER THE COUNTER PILL I HAD A BAD EXPERICENCE WITH.AFTER TAKING A DOSE OF 2 PILLS IN THE MORNING I FELT VERY DROWSY BUT THE SINUS CLEARED AS I SLEPT. NIGHT TIME I TOOK A DOSE OF 1 PILL,AN HOUR LATER I WAS WOKENUP MY A FEELING OF ITCHING AND BURNING ALL OVER MY SKIN ,I TOOK SOME ANTIHISTAMINE AND THE ALLERGIC REACTION STOPPED. I DO NOT THINK I WILL USE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN, I SUGGEST IT IS SOLD WITH A DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION NOT OVER THE COUNTER.

Was my first time buying online from them ,what a poor customer service received! I ended up loosing R148.00 on item they advertised but was out of stock, they didn't even try to give me an option. Never ever again!

Am so disappointed with the quality of bathing cloth in clicks now are days, as I have being using them for years and last longer. I bought them recently in less than 2 months it was torn, I thought maybe it was a mistake went back and bought other one in a month it was torn so disappointing.

I had placed a direct order for my chronic medication at clicks . The call agent called to inform me that i will have to pay a fee of R200 for the apparent free delivery. I was suppose to get my repeat chronic medication 5 days ago on the 1st of September 2021. I cannot get my medication im still waiting even when i went to the pharmacy they told me that my medical aid has already paid direct medicine. I called customer service they informed that no my medication is still coming it been 5 days. Im just worried that i will go to hospital since i haven't been taking my medication for chronic ulcerative colitis.

i ordered online and never got my good they were given to the wrong person in my complex the driver did not bother to call me and tell me he was lost i’m so disgusted with clicks shem dis-chem has never lost my good!! clicks needs to do better will be deleting the app today

I've had about the clicks brand nappies, I decided to give them a try, worst decision ever, had to change my son's diaper just an hour of putting the nappy it was soaking wet, I'm not happy about the quality and the color indicator wears out to the baby's skin, I'm really disappointed

Re Clicks online store - heartless, gutless and apathetic! They do not care for their customers. I ordered an air purifier from Clicks this month which took 9 days to arrive. However the most frustrating part was that for 7 of those days it was sitting right here in Johannesburg at Pargos warehouse - and all the while I'm struggling to breath! I called Pargo and Clicks on numerous occasions yet was simply passed off each time. I asked for the matter to be escalated but was told it would not be! I begged an pleaded and asked for someone more senior to contact me - but to no avail! Come on Clicks and Pargo - I am still waiting for someone from your management to contact me!

I ordered baby formula, nappies and other baby stuff online on the 5th of August and its the 16th today and they still haven't arrived. These people need to warn customers about possible delays as they are a pharmacy. How unprofessional do you have to be for people to run after your company, calling to find out when orders will arrive? This is simply unthinkable. The worst part is lack of communication or remorse. I should have just bought my baby's things at Dischem, their quality of service is far better.

licks online shopping is the worst.i placed an order on the 24th of july which was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 .A week passed then the second week also passed no communication was sent.so during the second week i kept on calling customer service the phone just kept on ringing.when i tracked my parcel it was written out on delivery suddenly parcel damaged.i called and i was informed the parcel will be delivered on the 10th of august on the 11th i called and i was informed the person handling the matter will call but but didn’t on the 12th of august i tracked my parcel it was written parcel lost then i called again i demanded refund and i was informed i will be refunded after 14 working days,mind you i have ordered baby formula,baby meds and food.the inconvenience they have caused me it’s too much and now i still have to wait again to get my money. Clicks online shopping is the worst.if you want stress then try it I’m very disappointed at clicks.

Clicks Menlyn Retail Park has the slowest service ever in the dispensary!! If you go there to get your prescription filled just know that you going to be there for atleast an hour waiting for assistance. Not once have I gone there and received quick and efficient service. Always regret it going there to have my prescription filled.

It's the 5th day and my click and collect order is still not ready. I should've rather gone with Dischem, my orders with them are usually ready the next day or day 2 for the latest.
