“Took a while to get funding kept on sending me the wrong DocuSign form. DocuSign would not let me enter my bank information my attorney had to send it in on my behalf overall the worst experience would never use it again”

“Not informative about payout amount had review the contract to find out that the approval amount shown is not the amount you get instead of 2300.00 I received only 1500.00. Tamara Nieves is not trustworthy for business when you in need of an advance because of injury.”

“The underwriter sucks!! Customer service could be better, communication is well needed. I’m just kool atp i don’t want anything else from those who play with people livelihoods it’s not ok. You charge more than a person receiving so…..never again!!!”

“Time frame was horrible i waited over a week and my license got suspended because I couldn’t make my insurance payment june 30th i signed i just got my money today and it cost me a extra 100 $ to reinstate my insurance also didnt fully look through contract but how come i only got 2 thousand instead of three . I also missed my TSA exam so now i have to wait 6 months to take it again”

“I had great conversation with your staff. But when it came to solving my issue. I was left at the way side. I called in crying multiple times looking for answers only to be told multiple different stories. Cried that I lived an hour away for 8 days and NO ONE told me there was no longer cash pickup until I finally spoke to the manager. Told I would be called back and no one ever called. I either had too or go into the next day waiting. After I asked to speak to a manager after all of my paperwork had been submitted for a week. My request got processed in 24 hours. Once that was processed. I wasn't listened to though. I had to sign 3 different contracts because the first one sent was wrong. Then the 2nd one was for a bank account and never realized it was an ACH account. Then signed the 3rd. Waited for 2 hours for a confirmation number. I've used client legal funding in the past with the same lawsuit and never had any problems. Paid our loan back early. And all. And even my request was not even half of what I asked for. I didn't expect everything to change so drastically in not even a full 2 years time....”
