We often are quick to share the negative experiences we have with the world, and very few times do we stop and share the good experiences we have. This is one of those good experiences. I am fully satisfied with my experience with Cliff and Pebble. From the item availability, to pricing, to delivery. All went super smooth and everything was as described. I would buy from them in a heartbeat. Thank you Matt!

Cliff and Pebble were extremely easy to purchase from. Shipping and customer service were fast. I love my Rocket Cinquantotto and Eureka Oro mignon XL. Upgraded from an appartamento and a Faustino grinder. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to purchase from C&P

Cliff and Pebble has been hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the silver/copper Rocket Appartamento, but it went out of stock shortly after my purchase. When I reached out to the team, they gave me plenty of options to make it right. One of those options was upgrading me to the TCA Rocket Appartamento in the same silver/copper color, which I happily went with. I couldn’t be happier with my new espresso machine and the amazing support I got from the Cliff and Pebble team!

I've purchased several times from Cliff & Pebble because of their fantastic return policy (although I've not had reason to utilize it) and the peace of mind that your product is tested prior to shipping.

Purchased a lilet Bianca V3 from Cliff and Pebble. Some delays with Shipping but Matthew responded quickly to my enquiry. Very happy with purchase and would definitely buy from them again.

Emailed C and P and they were so helpful with ordering and shipping. They don’t charge tax it’s such a no brainer !! My machine works well and I’m enjoying lattes all day everyday. Would only recommend C and P to my friends.

My original order at cliff and pebble was a used lelit bianca at a discount. Unfortunately, the product had parts that were no good and couldn't be shipped. However, Matt messaged me personally to make things right. Instead of a used lelit bianca, he promised to ship a brand new machine for the inconvenience. And to top things off, the product was discounted further. The resolution could not have been made better. Thank you Matt and the cliff&pebble team.

Cliff & Pebble was great to work with and order my end-game espresso machine from. My Lelit Bianca v3 that was an open box came timely and in perfect condition! Living in the Midwest, I wanted to support a business closer to me but it was difficult to find a company with a big selection until I found them after a sponsored YouTube video and looked them up. If you’re on the fence about ordering from Cliff & Pebble, DO IT. You won’t regret it. I sure don’t .

I purchased an espresso machine that had an electrical defect out of the box. This seems like something that C&P should take ownership of, but I'm being asked to do a lot of legwork myself with the manufacturer or service professionals. Also, I'm sure it's a busy time, but the responses from support have been pretty slow. I'm not mad at anybody, and nobody has been rude or unprofessional, but I don't consider this to be a good customer experience.

We work hard to provide the best support possible, and your feedback helps us improve. While we are the retailer and not the manufacturer, we are dedicated to guiding you through the process and doing everything we can to resolve this quickly. For certain brands, we are required to follow specific procedures set by the manufacturer, which sometimes involves additional steps like the customer creating a service ticket directly with the manufacturer. Us doing this would simply put us in the middle making communication go much, much slower. So instead we have the customer reach out to them directly. Please know that our goal is always to make this as smooth as possible, and we’re actively working with the manufacturer to expedite a resolution. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. We’re here to support you and will stay in touch until this is fully resolved.

Excellent customer service. I bought a Lelit Bianca that had a broken gicleur out of the box, so I could not control the pressure. Matt was very responsive, helped me trouble shooting the problem, and we resolved it quickly. Machine works great now! I would definitely order from Cliff and Pebble again!

After debating on the purchase, I finally found a great deal on the Lelit Bianca v3. Hard to beat free shipping, no tax and a 365 day policy. Matt was very helpful and answered any question that I had. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
