“I had a great experience with Cliff & Pebble. I was looking for a particular single-dose coffee grinder in red. No other retailer had it in stock, and had no date when it would be back in stock. Cliff & Pebble had it in stock and I asked them to delay delivery since I was out of town. They did just that and my order was delivered as I requested in excellent condition. Really great customer service. James”

“I bought an unused, open-box Eureka espresso grinder. When it arrived it was very clean and had all the original parts and was unused. But the motor didn't turn unless I started it turning by hand. That is a classic problem with motorized devices that have a bad start capacitor circuit. I made a video of the grinder not working until I started it by hand and emailed it to them after hours. My email asked for a new grinder at the open box price for my trouble. I got a reply from a real person hours before their stated opening time the next day. But the reply had a silly suggestion on how I might get the grinder working which made me think they hadn't watched my video. It also said they don't normally replace an open box item with a new one. I replied that their suggestion was silly and asked if they watched the video. Soon after I got a reply that they were sending me a new grinder at the same price. A week later I had the new grinder and it worked great.”

“Cliff & Pebble shipped out the same day as my order and I received the package the next day (for a very big and bulky dual boiler espresso machine). I think it's fortunate that I live close to one of their warehouses, but the shipping speed was impressive. I also took advantage of a promotional deal that I didn't see anywhere else on the web.”

“I am very happy with our Eureka Mignon Libra Espresso Grinder. Grinding by weight is a luxury. The built-in scale is accurate and the quality of the grind is exceptional and easily adjusted. We got this grinder only for espresso. Although it is capable of a coarse grind as well, I do not recommend it. Fine-tuning is easy. Going from coarse to fine is not. The grinding is fast and quiet. I highly recommend the dosing funnel. Without it, coffee grounds tend to spill out on the counter. If I had read more carefully between the lines, I would have noticed that a dosing funnel was not included in the purchase from Cliff & Pebble. This did create a hassle for me that could have been avoided. I ended up ordering the funnel separately and was initially charged for shipping as well. Matt from Cliff & Pebble did arrange for a refund of the shipping. Some competitors do include the funnel with the purchase of the grinder. As a first-time buyer from Cliff & Pebble, I was provided a discount that easily covered the cost of the funnel. So, the only real additional cost to me was the hassle of multiple emails and phone calls. Specific language like "Dosing funnel not included" would have been nice. The bottom line: I am impressed with the grinder and recommend it. Matt from Cliff & Pebble was responsive and helpful solving a problem that could have been avoided to begin with.”

“Love this grinder! Perfect for espresso. It’s easy to use and dial in. And it’s quiet! It makes the Fellow Ode Gen 2 with SSP burrs that I use for a brew grinder sound loud in comparison! Cliff & Pebble were great - they had the best price and shipped quickly. Recommended!”
