I purchased an espresso machine that had an electrical defect out of the box. This seems like something that C&P should take ownership of, but I'm being asked to do a lot of legwork myself with the manufacturer or service professionals. Also, I'm sure it's a busy time, but the responses from support have been pretty slow. I'm not mad at anybody, and nobody has been rude or unprofessional, but I don't consider this to be a good customer experience.

Hi William, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry that your new espresso machine arrived with an issue, and we completely understand how disappointing that is. We work hard to provide the best support possible, and your feedback helps us improve. While we are the retailer and not the manufacturer, we are dedicated to guiding you through the process and doing everything we can to resolve this quickly. For certain brands, we are required to follow specific procedures set by the manufacturer, which sometimes involves additional steps like the customer creating a service ticket directly with the manufacturer. Us doing this would simply put us in the middle making communication go much, much slower. So instead we have the customer reach out to them directly. Please know that our goal is always to make this as smooth as possible, and we’re actively working with the manufacturer to expedite a resolution. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. We’re here to support you and will stay in touch until this is fully resolved.

Was not the best on-line purchase experience. Had issues with availability/delivery. Machine I received had not been tested and had a couple of issues which I was able fix.

Hi Edward, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We take all feedback seriously and appreciate yours greatly. Regarding your order - you originally purchased an item from our outlet center and upon bench testing we discovered an issue with the remote PID and alerted you of this via email. We then decided to upgrade your order to a brand new Rocket Espresso R58 at no extra charge to you to which you agreed. We do see correspondence from you where you mention you are going to send us a video of an issue however, unfortunately, we never received the video and have not heard from you since. Due to this, we assumed all was well with your machine. If there are continuing issues, you have not made us aware of them so please feel free to reach out at your convenience and we of course will do our best to troubleshoot. Availability - since we agreed to swap your order to a new R58, we unfortunately needed to wait as that SKU was out of stock. We did our best to keep you in the loop on our incoming shipment and shipped your machine promptly upon arrival from Italy. I am deeply sorry for the delay in shipment however we again did not have brand new R58s at the time and alerted you of this via email. Thank you and we hope you’re enjoying your machine!

Service was great and product is superb. Only issue I had with experience is the I was sent a 10% off code but it didn’t seem to take at checkout.
