Overall, I had a good experience. Somehow, my order got stuck in the fulfillment proces. But after I wrote a message to Cliff&Pebble, they replied promptly and got my order processed right away. That's what it's about! Mistakes can happen, and the follow-up is what matters!

I am very happy with our Eureka Mignon Libra Espresso Grinder. Grinding by weight is a luxury. The built-in scale is accurate and the quality of the grind is exceptional and easily adjusted. We got this grinder only for espresso. Although it is capable of a coarse grind as well, I do not recommend it. Fine-tuning is easy. Going from coarse to fine is not. The grinding is fast and quiet. I highly recommend the dosing funnel. Without it, coffee grounds tend to spill out on the counter. If I had read more carefully between the lines, I would have noticed that a dosing funnel was not included in the purchase from Cliff & Pebble. This did create a hassle for me that could have been avoided. I ended up ordering the funnel separately and was initially charged for shipping as well. Matt from Cliff & Pebble did arrange for a refund of the shipping. Some competitors do include the funnel with the purchase of the grinder. As a first-time buyer from Cliff & Pebble, I was provided a discount that easily covered the cost of the funnel. So, the only real additional cost to me was the hassle of multiple emails and phone calls. Specific language like "Dosing funnel not included" would have been nice. The bottom line: I am impressed with the grinder and recommend it. Matt from Cliff & Pebble was responsive and helpful solving a problem that could have been avoided to begin with.

My experience purchasing an espresso maker and Cliff & Pebble was very good. I wanted some guidance and advice on my planned purchase. I used their online chat service to ask a lot of specific questions to which I received quick and thoughtful answers that helped me confirm my choices. I ended up purchasing a Eureka Mignon Specialita grinder and La Spaziale S1 Mini Vivaldi ii espresso machine. Both are excellent products that exceeded my expectations. One wrinkle in the process though: Although the order was placed through Cliff & Pebble, it was fulfilled by Chris's Coffee. That's okay, but because I didn't know that was the process, the email shipping information came in confusing when I was expecting Cliff&Pebble but the notifications said Chris's Coffee. I recommend Ciff&Pebble because I believe they know their stuff when it comes to advising on coffee equipment and more. I'd give them four stars but there's always room for improvement, and the shipping thing threw me.

On occasion when we our out of stock in our own fulfillment centers, we ask Chris' Coffee to drop ship items for us. After reviewing your order, it looks like it was shipped immediately and arrived 4 business days later. For an espresso machine of the size you ordered, this is normal however we again apologize if transit times were not made clear. Due to the fragile nature and value of our products, expedited shipping is NEVER a good idea as they almost always arrived damaged. Should you need anything else, please let us know!

I never heard of Cliff and Pebble before my wife found a coffee bean grinder on it's web site. We paid more than I thought we should have for the grinder, however after using it, "it's a great piece of gear," as we'd say in the Marine Corps. Nothing but happy over the process and the product.

This was my first purchase of a high-end espresso machine as well as my first purchase from cliff and pebble. The experience was pretty straight forward and I had no issues. The packaging was very well done as I was worried about the condition of the product considering the price point and fragility of the machine and how far it had to travel. Thanks for getting me set up! Loving the machine so far.
