“I was approved for a student education loan to attend 160 Driving Academy Truck Driving School in San Bernardino, California in the amount of $4503. Well, after going through the first week of indoor class instruction, and then finally being allowed to continue my education out in the yard to start to learn to drive the trucks, is when I learned that it will be at least ten to twelve weeks where before allowed to test out in order to receive my CDL. Once I was able to validate the information I just have heard, I reached out to Climb Credit about deferring my payments until I was able to at least test out for my CDL. I was told no, even though I already paying the minimum interest-only payments. I just think that if you're going to approve loans to students attending a trucking school that, both the school and the loan company owe it to the prospective student what they could expect once they start school? Now, I'm on the hook for the loan amount of $4503, plus interest. It's just not right.”

“I originally gave a one star review recently. However, it came to my attention that loan science/uas, the loan provider for climb credit, was the issue. Loan Science/UAS's database is delayed and the company in general were not very knowledgeable regarding accounts. So I was very nicely contacted by Climb Credit immediately after my first review. They took very good care of my issue and now I have some peace of mind while trying to work on a new solution for my payments. I am very grateful for the prompt response. To anyone dealing with Climb, only deal with them directly and there should be no issues. This customer service is well worth the 5 stars I am now giving.”

“The actual application was simple and quick. I started having my issues when I was trying to complete the process for my program. At first, I went to my account and didn't even see my application - so had questions. It looks like it needed a day or so to show up into account. wish there was some indication of that. Then I used their chat service to confirm that i e-signed my documents and that terrible. I kept getting copy/pasted answers, and answers that weren't really answering my question. The response time was terrible, too.”
