“I originally gave a one star review recently. However, it came to my attention that loan science/uas, the loan provider for climb credit, was the issue. Loan Science/UAS's database is delayed and the company in general were not very knowledgeable regarding accounts. So I was very nicely contacted by Climb Credit immediately after my first review. They took very good care of my issue and now I have some peace of mind while trying to work on a new solution for my payments. I am very grateful for the prompt response. To anyone dealing with Climb, only deal with them directly and there should be no issues. This customer service is well worth the 5 stars I am now giving.”
