“Rose went out of her way to smooth things out. I was after Rhino skin gear not available in my country. The online order form wouldn't work because some items must be bought through firms supplied by them but it didn't tell me why. Rose sorted this out and everything went fine.”

“10/10 service from the staff at both the Alexandria store, on the phone and also at the 9Degree waterloo store. Went into the Alexandria store initially to try on sizing and had a very comprehensive walk-through about how to choose sizes as well as how the shoes are meant to fit and how they would stretch over time. Unfortunately, I went a little too big when I purchased it due to the lack of stock in the store. I ended up calling the staff to exchange the size a few days later which went very smoothly when I called to confirm they had the size I wanted and then in person at the Waterloo store the staff was amazing in helping me size it properly and exchange for the correct size”
