“The staff in the Fitzroy store were incredibly helpful and patient as well as friendly. As a new climber I needed a lot of gear but didn't have much knowledge about what I should be looking for. They gave me heaps of information and all the time I needed to find what suited me best. Great experience!”

“Very good shop with competitive prices. Deliveries can be a bit slow due to Australia Post but they arrived in the end. All the emails I sent were answered very quickly. Staff are very helpful.”

“Honestly the best store ever! The staff are super friendly and really helpful, the delivery times are super fast (even during lockdown!) and the details they've gone into their packaging to make it all recyclable is 10/10. The candy is a definite bonus too! Shoutout to Bel on the Climbing Anchors' instagram page for always being responsive to questions and the friendly face of CA (even if you don't know it's her).”
