“Excellent to deal with....consistently! Good clean user friendly website, simple to login and easy to purchase. Speedy delivery. Returns service (one occasion) was no hassle, non fuss and pragmatic. All in all I'd say the best online climbing store in Australia with prices that compete with european behemoths (banana fingers etc)”
