“Coffee was old , taste like ash”

“Cofee felt old , ashy. Not the best way to start your day. It seems like they don't update there products that much.”

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment you encountered with our coffee. It’s disheartening to hear that it felt old and ashy, especially when we aim to provide our customers with the best start to their day. Our coffees are all freshly roasted by us in our roastery so they are always fresh. We also don't roast particularly dark so I'm wondering if the ash notes were from the particular origin you ordered? Do drop us a line and we would love to send an alternative to try and find a coffee you will love, as we are always getting new coffees in stock. Thank you once again for your input.
