As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

“Every interaction with Clock Shop sales and support were absolutely delightful. The girl over the telephone answered all our questions with grace and confidence and Daniel who answered our support questions (maybe the owner?) when we were putting our clock in place knew just about everything we needed to get the clock going.”

“Oil as described. The applicator allowed for a very slow applicantion of oil, good for small cogs. The oil freed up the mechanisms and the clock ran proper again.”

“Service this good, is as rare as manners in children. I had (through my own fault) a very messed up complicated order. All together I had 4 different conversations with 3 different people, my problem was sorted out and I was assisted to get a marvelous result. The attitude and helpfulness I experienced was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to everyone that made my mess become a great result.”

“Ordered product on weekend and despite there being one public holiday in the week, clock arrived on Friday, very well packed so couldn't b damaged. Clock is good quality material as well. Thankyou.”

“Ordering from the web site was easy. Everything is described accurately, so it is easy to find exactlly what you need. Once ordered communication was excellent, an my clock arrived from interstate within a few days. Even the batteries were included in the package. Highly recommended.”

“You need to tell your customers the truth. Braun clocks are being mass produced in China. Yes they are German-designed but sadly the quality has declined enormously since they switched production to China. I bought a small Braun travel alarm clock from your online shop and the clockhand control at the back is almost unworkable. The supposedly luminescent tips of the hands do not show up in the dark. And the alarm button on the top is lop-sided when up.”

“The service of your staff was wonderful thanks. My Braun clock ... I downloaded the instructions but with following them I can't seem to change the day on it. Everything else is fine but the day of the week it shows isn't. This is a bit annoying.”
