Clock Shop takes you on an incredible journey into the world of clocks. From mechanical cuckoo clocks and chiming grandfather clocks to watches, music boxes and anniversary clocks, there are literally hundreds of clocks to see and choose from.

As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

“Delivery of my purchase unsatisfactory. Although I was at home, FeDEx didn’t leave my watch though I called out “coming” from the bathroom. Now I have to collect it from an adjoining suburb (and I don’t drive). Very inconvenient!”

“I have been to this shop in Montville so I was confident that I would get what I requested. I was surprised that I needed to pay postage as an extra payment. This maybe because I didn't read the info carefully enough, or I may have requested Express post. Anyway it was all sorted by a phone call from the Clock Shop. I received my purchase by post so it took about 2 weeks from QLD to WA. Overall excellent service. THANKYOU!”

“We bought a German Barometer, and discovered it was defective. It's disappointing this was not noticed before being sent out, however the problem was sorted very smartly and we are totally happy with the service and the barometer. Thanks Clock Shop!”

“I bought a clock about 2 weeks ago. Got it home to discover the hands bent so bad that it couldn't run. This was after your shop assistant supposedly fixed it ( had to come back to shop whilst this was done ). I rang to report same, was it passed on to you as I asked? Very disappointing....”

Dear Chris, Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry for the problem with your clock and take your review seriously in an attempt to provide a better experience for our customers. We check every clock by removing it from the packaging to identify possible problems and/or defects. We don't often have issues however one of my staff recognised that the hands were touching and so I unassembled the clock and rectified the issue. The clock was running and on display for you to see when you returned to our store. I am sincerely sorry that you have encountered further problems with the clock. You rang and spoke to one of our newest staff members, Hayley. She did come and immediately speak to me following the phone call and advised me that she had apologised and asked if there was someone you would like to speak to regarding the issue. I was informed that you resolved the issue yourself and while you were very disappointed you didn't wish to speak to anyone. I understand your disappointment as this is not an experience we want for any of our customers. Thank you again for your support and for bringing this to our attention.
