Asking talking to management today with covid loosing out on Xmas party's and not many flights in or for 12 months this company needs support after Xmas so can any one whose had a late car please give this place another try thank you

This company are con merchants treat their staff bad won't pay them on time and won't pay deposit back how did we let these people into Epsom

Do not use - booked 2 taxis to take us to a wedding in back and told the booking was confirmed, with confirmations sent by text. An hour before pickup time informed that no taxis were available so they could not fulfil my booking. How do you run an efficient taxi service like this. DO NOT USE.

Absolute disaster. Left out in the freezing cold for 30 minutes been fobbed of that taxi was on way. Would rather walk than ever use again. Not the first time this has happened but definitely the last. Crowd of shits.

We pre-booked a taxi well in advance for time critical theatre show - so needed a car from Epsom to Dorking. Taxi didn’t arrive on time so I called to enquire. Was told car was en route. Waited outside in the cold for a further 10 minutes. I called Clocktower again - to be told the same - car was on the way. Yet again, no car arrived. This repeated for the next 25 mins - with zero apology from Clocktower Cars. Car did not arrive and as a result we missed the show. Extremely poor service, rude attitude from staff - will definitely not use them again. Will strongly advise others to steer clear!

Asked for a price to New Malden as to get the cash from cashpoint. Phone was put down. Arrogant gits won't be using them ever !

Great reliable service, booked a cab for the first time on Saturday, very professional and polite staff. The driver was on time. very happy with the service.

Driver over charged customer and if you cancel job they never refund yr money . Always late unreliable

I booked a ride through their app and the driver didn't turn up. I booked it a day ahead as well and when I called them up, they kept saying another 15 minutes. As a result, my son was picked up late from school and I had to pay charges. Also they took my money when the ride had not taken place. I don't think I had a refund yet. They were not even apologetic.

Very disappointed at Clocktower cars. My elderly Mother booked a taxi to take her to catch a coach for her holiday. She even checked that the booking was okay 2 days before she was due to go. On the morning no-one turned up. When she rang them they said that they didn't have anything booked for her :( Dreadful service - I would actually give no stars if it were possible!

Ordered a car online. Was told it would collect us at 23:55. When I called at 00:15, I was told I would “have to wait” and that it would be another thirty minutes. He checked my booking reference and confirmed my booking but said I would have to wait then hung up. I tried to call back but nobody answered. So I called from my husbands phone and the call was answered. I again gave them my booking reference and the man apologised and said he would inform his manager that the wait times needed to be updated on the website but that I would have to wait forty five minutes. We cancelled the cab and ordered from another company. We won’t even bother trying to use Clockhouse again.

I booked a car on the app and still hadn’t been assigned a car I called them after 30 minutes to be told a driver would be with me in 5 minutes 15 minutes passed so I called again to be told my driver broke down (which I don’t believe to be the truth) and a cab wouldn’t be available to me for 40 minutes ! Disgusting customer service never using them again

They turned up 30 mins late, we had to leave without using the taxi, it was a nightmare as we were then very late for our appointment. Despite lots of communication confirmed the correct time. We called and just got excuses. Would not use again.

Used Clocktower to get to Gatwick north terminal and back. Pick up was on time both ways. Professional service. They text to let you know they are on their way. Paid on my phone - quick and easy. Will definitely be using them again.
