“6 days ago I ordered some perfume on-line. The order acceptance seemed efficient and swift, however no acknowledgement, or any other communication, has yet been received, nor has the product. The payment though, has been taken out of my account! Given the option, I much prefer to buy face-to-face in a shop. Sadly few retailers really seem to care whether they have customers or not - certainly the staff of most chain stores regard customers as an interruption to their work based social life! I run a shop and ensure that my staff know that without customers, they don't have a job.”
“I have been trying to find a particular colour of casting creme for my mother which seems to have been discontinued. When I found it available on Amazon from Clockwork Pharmacy with just 3 left I ordered the 3 straight away. Unfortunately I failed to take a good look at the price which was £14.95 per packet plus postage! My total order for just 3 packets of colour came to £50.13 which I find extortionate.
I then looked at Clockwork Pharmacy's website and saw I could order them much more cheaply directly at £7.99 a packet so bought another 6 packets costing me £47.94. I contacted Clockwork Pharmacy and asked why the cost was so expensive on Amazon and was told it was because of Amazon's charges. In the meantime I found another seller on Amazon offering the same product at: 6 products @ £6.25 = £37.50 plus postage & packaging. I contacted Clockwork Pharmacy again and they first offered me 10% off my order through Amazon, a refund of £5 which is hardly generous! After further communication I was offered a full refund for my original order if I ordered another 3 from the website. I pointed out I had already ordered another 6 from the website but was told I needed to order yet another 3 'because of Amazon's charges'.
This makes no sense to me at all. Another company can offer the same product on Amazon at a lower price and I don't see why I should have to fork out more money, I have already bought 9 of this product from Clockwork Pharmacy. The explanations I have received are nonsensical. There is nothing to stop Clockwork Pharmacy refunding my money directly, I really cannot recommend this company to others.”

“I placed an order on the 21st July for 6 Exclamation deodorant and all i received was an email on the 23rd July advising my order had been completed. No dispatch email or confirmation of delivery. I have emailed and tried to call to chase my order but the number is constantly engaged and no response to my emails. All i want is either my order delivered or a refund so i can go somewhere else....I will not be using this company again.”
