“Nice to have a device that can do both concentrate and flower. My hope is that replacement pieces like the bowls for concentrate can be readily available.”

“the NEW NX, maybe I will get used to it, but 1st impression, the leaf bung has a tiny screw-cap with swivel handle that's nicely crafted but remains a pain to manipulate on and off several times during a session... this lid would have been IMO the most relevant place where to use a magnetic cap. Perhaps this NX is better at concentrates while the original H9 remains their most efficient leaf machine.”

“I love the new upgrades... mostly I love: the higher temp👏 easier functionality and simpler mouthpieces I do not love: Smaller oven Lose of ability to stir while in use Less battery life then both of my old half-dead Hydrology 9s’ TY for the upgrades tho :) Also I didn’t love when i ordered two new glass tubes and was told i need to request the new gaskets that go on either end of them... that should be a given :))”

“The design is very innovative and quality made. The device produces clouds very well for both flower and concentrates. Very simple to swap atomizer. One issue is the bucket moves around in the concentrate atomizer when cleaning and it has to be constantly realigned so the bucket is in line with the vapor path. Another issue is the long battery charge time. It has been taking over two hours to charge.”

“I love it for the ease of use but a little disappointed there wasn't a kief catcher at all. Definitely a must in a future grinder. It also seems to stick to the plastic on the inside a little.”

“Yes I love this thing it sucks the ceramic bowl that it comes with is not good I tested an spoke with a cloud9 representative he help me out an man this thing smacks now I learned that boost moode, I just love how this thing looks!”
