“Hello, I purchased the mega bundle for my 40th birthday. Both units got very hot and had almost no battery life. The button kept sticking in the big unit. I called and asked for a replacement, and was sent a unit with scratches and a big divot in it... I called and emailed the store again for the past week in order to seek a return, and there has been no response. They did not stand behind their product.”

“Hardly works. If you put too little in, it just seems to burn it and you can keep hitting it, but not much comes out. If i pack the whole thing full, i can get some vape to come out, but its not nearly as much as i feel like it should be. And the effects are extremely muted, you have to smoke twice as much to achieve the same effects. I played around with the unit for a couple days, trying all the different heat settings, watching videos, trying to figure out if mine was just broken, but it just seems to be a super inefficient little piece of equipment with zero return policy or customer satisfaction guaranteed.”
