“I bought one for myself about a year ago and absolutely love it. I traveled this summer to Idaho, Oregon Coast to Long Beach and it traveled with me easily across country. I just bought one for my Son in law for Christmas and he’s already enjoying it.”

“Was about to try this for the first time, filled the water reservoir to about 45-50% full, and the reservoir started leaking immediately. The glass tube was as tight as I could make it, but that didn’t seem to do anything. I emailed the support team to see how to exchange my defective one for a new one that doesn’t leak. For the price of the device, it was really disappointing to have it leak from the go. Haven’t had a chance to try it, due to the leak.”

“Ordered a Hydrology9 unit, it shipped two days after purchase (Still haven't recieved it yet as I only ordered a few days ago). Recieved an Email for a 10% discount right after registering with my email address. So far customer service seems great.”
