“I’m having issues with the seal, water bubbles into my mouth and it won’t charge/heat the same each time it’s random if it will work or not and the settings occasionally change...”

“Customer service is very good but the Atomic battery doesn’t last long enough the Hydrology mouth piece is so large it’s tough to get a airtight seal and water escapes into the mouth piece so you lips get wet. But I’ll still use them because I can get past the shortcomings.”
