the first one I purchased didnt work at all. the company stood behind it and sent a new one. I charge for 2-3hours use it once and the battery is dead, need to charge again. I followed the instructions but still cant get it to work properly. I would not purchase another and am not satisfied with the device. didnt even bother sending this one back. writing this $ off to experience

The Hydrology9 could be better. The sessions don't last very long and the mouth piece leaks pretty bad when needing to change out a bowl and pack a new one. I've disassembled it and reassembled made sure everything is very secure and still i get leakage when i flip it upside down to pack more.

I purchased the NX bundle at x mas for myself because I enjoyed the original so much and was excited to see the one that did concentrates. Well all was good except the cloudious 9 was hard to turn on sometimes taking 5 or 6 times to get it to come on. I contacted cust service because a previous issue with my first purchase was handled quickly and with no hassles. That wasn't the case with the current issue. Since you are no longer handling cust service in house they wanted videos and detailed descriptions and it really disappointing if it wasn't for the fact that the C9 is my go to traveling vape so I just bought another. Hopefully I'll never need the 2yr "no hassle " warranty

I just got and tried to use it. It leaks so badly that is unusable. I will try to return it for a replacement.

I purchased a Techtonic9 grinder from Cloudious9. It never made it to my house. The customer service is terrible. All they do is make excuses for their bad service and shipping.

I couldn’t get the unit to turn on. When I finally got it. Working I used it twice and got a low bat warning so I plugged it in. It was on charger for several hours with a constant red light. Now unplugged the red light is still on constantly and It won’t turn it off.

Not happy with purchase, this thing DOES NOT HIT!! I can get a hit out of the heating pod, but nothing comes thru the actual pipe. Wasted $50 with of product in concentrate chamber, tried dry herb pod, still no vape, no cloud, just wasted product!! Will be contacting company for refund. Followed directions, have a puffco peak, know how to use, this thing just don't give a hit. My product is melting away and I get NO VAPE!!!

DOA, no response from support, other bad units. Forming a conclusion about Hydrology inferior quality. The only thing that was saving you was good support now you don't even have that.

I ordered the Hydrology9 NX and received it promptly. On opening the box and inspecting the parts I noticed some discrepancies between the parts and parts as described in the operating manual. I found this to be quite confusing. I called customer support, left a message and never received a callback. I emailed customer support and informed them that I was returning the device. I received an email informing me to provide customer service with a tracking number which I did. The box was mailed priority mail on Friday 10/19/2021 to the Santana street address in Hayward.

It stopped working after less than a month. When I emailed them, they sent a new battery. When that didn’t work they refused to send me a replacement device and asked me to troubleshoot their products during their 10-5 hours. What they did not consider is that most people work during those hours. I am unable to schedule a phone call from 10-5 on a weekday. I think it’s ridiculous to ask someone to take a day off for something like this as well as I am completely unwilling to spend my entire lunch break dealing with it. I’ve spent over $1,200 on your products in the past three years and this is how they treated me. DON’T BELIEVE THE TWO YEAR WARRANTY. It’s a complete lie. After less than a month I’m out $375 for a useless product. Shame on your company. I will not be suggesting any friends or family to buy this product. Between my spouse and I we have purchased three of the older model. You guys totally lost some loyal customers. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences until this really terrible one. So disappointed and will not ever suggest or recommend this product. Please be warned consumers, this company will not honor their two year warranty even if it’s only been a month.

Was so disappointed with the grinder I used it once and put it back in the box. I thought it would grind it for me like the mamba, but no, it's not worth the money. The vape chamber is so small it's insane, I wasn't expecting it to be that small. I went back to my bowl after one sesh and packed it up.

I quickly changed my mind of the purchase, within 5 minutes sent an email to cancel the order, they just ship it the very next day. Lack of response to the inquiry to cancel the order. Service is unacceptable.
