“***I am a real dude it's a real review. I don't have Twitter so it can't verify me I guess.? I purchased a hydrology9 black case that is stunning! I got the hydrology9 unit elsewhere online and had a problem that is being resolved as we speak. Very solid products! And sexy AF! The flavor is amazing! Compared to my Firefly 2+ it's about the same... Even better actually because the great flavor hits keep coming... for more hits than my Firefly2+. The main thing is it gets me extremely medicated! With very little to no throat pain! **Customer service is on top of it! Replacement parts being sent! Solid product and a solid team to back it! Much love✌🏻 ***Update- I received my replacement parts today only 3 days after they knew what was going on. Nothing but love for these guys and the hydrology9! Because of how solid the case and unit are and cloudious9 for banking the product, I will buy a hydrology9 NX in the future.”

“On one hand I am reasonably sure that the company delayed shipping for 2 weeks because I've made an order from Russia, on the other hand from the previous experiences and after managing to talk to someone on the phone - they do provide excellent support. I still don't know why my previous account got deleted and why they didn't trust me despite the fact that I bought from them before, but overall - they do provide good shopping and support experiences.”

“Excellent products , I have both the original hydrology 9 and now the nx as well as the tectonic 9. The new nx model provides incredibly consistent hits dry or concentrate. As a singer I’m always looking for a way to smoke cleaner . Well I’ve found it 😍 Also customer service is top notch , they actually stand behind there product . Can’t say enough good things , buy it you won’t be disappointed 😊”

“The service, delivery and ordering process were great and well communicated throughout the order to delivery and beyond. I wish the Tectonic grinder was I bit better thought out. The vibration is loud and a bit much. I would not buy it again. Would love to test a V2 if it’s in the works. You guys are on the right track. Could be way better though.”

“The Good, Bad and Ugly. Good: Tastiest herb vape I've owned, bar none. Cool and smooth hits. No massive clouds but no chump either. The bubbler actually works - well! The unit is solid and impeccably built. Feels like a tank. Magnetic lid and glass bong-style mouthpiece beats typical straws and whips by a mile. Bad: I don't care about chamber size but I do care about how finicky this thing is to load and empty. You have to pop the chamber out every time. Invariably some grind gets down into the silicone pathway while loading and then you're farting around with a magnet that keeps flipping while you suss out the strays before they migrate up into the bubbler. In short, if it were a love interest, we'd describe it as "high maintenance". The Ugly: The charging system had to be spawned in the pit of Hell. "Nice idea" I thought when reading the description before pressing Add To Cart. Hmmm. This thing is possessed. The NX is sitting there glowing a happy green - all charged and ready to please. Not so fast. Accidentally knock the charger off and put it back - what's this? It's flashing red. Give it a while and it's green again. Get to your destination and light it up - flashing whites. Hfmph! Plug it in and 5 minutes later, solid green. Works like a champ for 5 or 6 sessions. Running at red temp. Turn unit off. Next session it's at a different temp.”
