“First of all I jump through hoops to get some extra funds together to buy this and it would’ve been nice to know that the flower cartridge was on back order I understand your new company and you’re trying to make stuff work but I was so excited when it came in the mail and now I’m just sitting here staring at it waiting for the flower cartridge still excited to use it but bummer when it came should throw in a T-shirt or some thing thank you best of luck with your company your product looks rocking I’ll let you know”

“I bought several products. Spare parts for my new cloudious 9, hydrology. Also, the vibrating feeder with the grinder on the top, and the small vape (which was a bundle when I bought it). All brand new, and got everthing with lightning speed! Very fast and they answer.”

“This is my third purchase of the Atomic 9 Vaporizer. All 3 have worked splendidly. The first one I purchased is nearing the end of its useful life that's why I purchased the third one. I had a small problem with the first one (I wasn't using the device properly) and Domenic in customer svc send me out a replacement free of charge. I thought that was awesome customer svc on his part !! The shipping times on these orders has always been super fast!!”

“I purchased a cloudious 9 grinder. Sorry, it falls under my less than average grinder. It doesn't pour very well, doesn't have a kief tray, you can't open it; you have to pour it and for all that the price isn't worth the problems.”

“***I am a real dude it's a real review. I don't have Twitter so it can't verify me I guess.? I purchased a hydrology9 black case that is stunning! I got the hydrology9 unit elsewhere online and had a problem that is being resolved as we speak. Very solid products! And sexy AF! The flavor is amazing! Compared to my Firefly 2+ it's about the same... Even better actually because the great flavor hits keep coming... for more hits than my Firefly2+. The main thing is it gets me extremely medicated! With very little to no throat pain! **Customer service is on top of it! Replacement parts being sent! Solid product and a solid team to back it! Much love✌🏻 ***Update- I received my replacement parts today only 3 days after they knew what was going on. Nothing but love for these guys and the hydrology9! Because of how solid the case and unit are and cloudious9 for banking the product, I will buy a hydrology9 NX in the future.”
