“I love my Cloudious 9, however I’m having an issue with the charging connection and there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. At least none I can find. Called, sent email, did chat...nada. It’s unfortunate, because I love the product. Lost a potentially excellent customer.”

“Hello, I purchased the mega bundle for my 40th birthday. Both units got very hot and had almost no battery life. The button kept sticking in the big unit. I called and asked for a replacement, and was sent a unit with scratches and a big divot in it... I called and emailed the store again for the past week in order to seek a return, and there has been no response. They did not stand behind their product.”

“Overall really pleased with the product. It works much better when fully charged, not good for groups but perfect for individual sessions. It would be nice if we could manually set a temperature instead of the pre determined temperature settings”
