“I love the products, purchased the 4 pc bundle. I would give 5 stars but the grinder I received was non-functional. Customer service was great though and are sending out a new one.”

“Great customer service & great product! I used a friend's and really loved it. Bought mine and convinced another friend to get one. I sometimes wish a small ping would happen when they were ready and my batteries didn't feel like they were lasting long, but I'm getting a new big vape battery. I used my friend's and that one lasted longer so I think this new battery I'm gonna get will solve that for me.”

“Easily the BEST dry herb vape I have used HANDS DOWN! Such a smooth hit, love the water filtration and to add to the experience the awesome lights the party mode is fun to smoke with at night! Thanks for the amazing product! Definitely will tell anyone I can about it!”

“I love my Cloudious 9, however I’m having an issue with the charging connection and there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. At least none I can find. Called, sent email, did chat...nada. It’s unfortunate, because I love the product. Lost a potentially excellent customer.”
