“The website took about 10 tries to actually check out successfully and once my order was finally accepted I was not given a tracking number. The site advertised free 2-3 day shipping but it has now been a week with no progress.”

“Since purchasing my Hydrology9 I have been in contact with Amanda in customer service and I want to express my gratitude for all the help she has provided to make my vaping experience the best ever. The Hydrology9 has replaced my Arizer Solo and V Tower as my all time favorite and most used vaporizer ever. Thanks for sending me extra seals for the unit..it is leak free..even inverted when loading the ceramic chamber. I think that other companies could learn a lot from your service model..it is wonderful!”

“After a week of use here are my impressions. It seems well made and the appearance is attractive. Battery life is on the short end and could use improvement. I didn’t realize that this came with a toolkit 😊 but it is necessary. All of these units need alcohol and I hope that the soaked q tips that I use to clean the herb chamber Is sufficient to clean out the gunk. The air tube is very narrow and aside from the included brush I don’t know how I will get the inevitable buildup out of that chamber. The unit delivers a pretty good hit and importantly is cool and pleasant. The herb is well cooked and the gizmo that turns the weed chamber is a nice touch. The whole blinking light thing is a bit daunting at first but it’s a short learning curve. Overall I am please with this unit. However I can’t recommend it until I have put some longer use into it to see how it holds up. Finally for all of the work, fair price, and attention to detail that went into this, it is worth a try.”

“Can’t give a five star yet....we shall see on the next purchase. Tried for 2 weeks to get the glass cylinder. Finally after a few conversations with Amanda, she got things together and found out there were tech issues with the online purchase. Was told to try again, lo an behold, I was able to get the replacement ! Now I am my old self again happy an Vapin away ! Thank you Amanda. Support was superior ! Happy Highlodays to you all.”

“Very good experience! My grinder was broken when I opened it. I think it may have happened during shipping. I contacted cloudious9 and they shipped a new one the very next day. The water vape is amazing!”
