“Sorry to say, very disappointed. The first unit did not heat up. It never got to the different cooking colors. The second unit, which I received very quickly by the way, turned on green and then started with the other colors!. Great! No, but wait, wouldn't change colors again..........For the amount of money, I'm sorry to say I will be returning the unit.”

“I am incredibly impressed with Cloudious9's products. Everything feel heavy, solid, and well made. Especially the auto dispensing grinder. I use that all the time now and don't think I can ever go back to my regular grinder now that I have this one.”

“When all the reviews remark about the packaging I get nervous. Yes the packaging is amazing. I'm enjoying the "9". Staged vaping is a new thing for me, cool. A little more effort on the operating manual would be appreciated. Overall I'm happy, nothing else has been used since its arrival. :-)”

“To me it was advertised as an automated grinder that grinded and dispensed the product automatically. A little bummed it only dispenses automatically. Outside of that the only difference between this one and the countless others I don’t use is that it vibrates.”

“This is my third Cloudious9 and I couldn't be more happy. I use mine daily and it has never failed me. The staff in service is amazing. They respect and honor any questions and the integrity of their product. I had to have a part replaced and they took care of it almost instantly. While cleaning is a bit involved, the Cloudious9 is an amazing product. It reduces harshness and produces a smooth inhale. I couldn't recommend it more!”
