“Overall really pleased with the product. It works much better when fully charged, not good for groups but perfect for individual sessions. It would be nice if we could manually set a temperature instead of the pre determined temperature settings”

“Well, I've had it for about 4 months now, and it still works, so that's good! lol I don't know if they've changed it or not, but the magnetic top sucks. I read reviews before I buy anything, (hence why I'm leaving a review) and I saw all these rave reviews about the awesome magnetic mouthpiece, and mine lasted less than a week. There's a little piece that holds the mouthpiece on so you can easily flip it open and scoop the herb in. No big deal, it's magnetic, right? Yes, it's magnetic, but it's a very weak magnet, and pops off with no effort, spilling herb all over. Maybe it was just mine, I don't know. I like the little scoop, its easy to load. Takes a bit to heat up, but I don't mind that. Needs cleaned quite a bit, and the little front piece is kind of a b**** to get out at first, until you know what you're doing lol. It's super easy to use, if you're a beginner, and is definitely worth the money. It just has a few things that are a little annoying. Fast shipping”

“The auto-dispense function is very cool but I warn that whatever you grind must be dry. Very dry, otherwise it will clump and not function properly without tapping constantly. The dry herb I use is super sticky so I have this problem. The flower also sticks to the teeth and it advertised that wouldn't happen. I'm not sure the magnets are properly aligned at all because herb gets stuck to them as it grinds. That shouldn't happen. This grinder also doesn't have a keef catcher so you lose that as it cakes onto the clear plastic separator on the inside. Cool idea but still has some kinks.”
