“The customer service is beyond excellent. Quick response and very professional. Very nice people to work with. The Cloudious9 itself is the best I've ever used. I found some dried up buds that fell on the floor during the trimming process and just for the heck of it I loaded them in to the cloudious9 and tried them out. I was so surprised that they didn't taste harsh at all. I love this thing and have recommended it to friends who have also purchased one and are very happy with it. It's a great product.”

“There is always going to be a defective product in the bunch. No company is perfect. Unfortunately I was one to receive a defective product. I am in the process of having it exchanged. I am very satisfied with the customer service. Very helpful.”

“I need mine serviced for repairs. It short circuited and will not charge. It just keeps flashing and turning different colors.while charging. And the borosilicate glass piece in the center cracked from the weather in the first 3 days.”

“I have not used it much yet. the two times I have I experienced a decent amount of vapor which I like. I'd stopped vaping. I have to get back into the routine. but all in all for now im satisfied. not over the moon, but satisfied.”

“We had a hard time getting through the sale on your website. Warnings about an invalid coupon didn't show up but seemed to start the process all over. We really like the Atomic 9. It gives a good flavored hit although the button is finicky and it took my wife a whole day to get it to work. That was kinda funny. The grinder actually seems a bit over powered and a gentler vibration might work better. Wife says she's had personal vibrators with less power. Trying to load the vape directly gets weed everywhere. So, plus for the vape, a minus on the grinder, and two minuses for the sales site. But, really love the Atomic 9 and we're happy with our purchase.”
