“I received my order a couple of days ago and I love it. The list of heating options and what the levels will affect your smoke is awesome and on point. I can smoke in my home without anyone knowing as it really minimizes smell of the flower. The battery life isn't that great but understandable. I highly recommend it (pun hidden in there). Cloudious9 has kept my sanity during quarantine.”

“I got the combo. I really like the grinder which I can use with one hand!! I liked the vape too only thing is it doesn’t hold a lot of dry flower for a sheesh... but overall great buy!”

“This thing is way too hyped and rated for what it does. I spent $220 on something that doesn't hit? Can't believe this is even for sale. I really can't even understand how this hit the market. I would love a refund.”

“I placed my order for the Hydrology 9 and received my package within 2 days on the free shipping option alone! This was a good start. The packaging was prestine and professional. So far so good. Included is a clear and concise user manual as well as the best cleaning kit I've ever received. After approx. 2 hours of charging I buckled my seat belt. The oven holds a reccomended dose of .35 grams and heats very evenly. It was the smoothest vapor I've ever experienced. I want to rush to the rooftops to declare my love for this, this piece of the future! But what really made this the greatest E-Piece I've owned, was the customer service. I called to report a problem that likely occurred during shipping, and the issue was resolved within a matter of minutes. This is worth every cent and more.”

“Ive had my hydro9 over a year now and i love it.. but i broke my gasket on first day i had it. Well i just purchased new glass for it and a bottom stir stick piece and i forgot to order new orings.. i mentioned this to their customer service rep and they were very polite and quick w response! They sent me a whole new set of gaskets free of charge along w my purchased order which arrived earlier than expected! Thank you cloudious 9 especially during this whole covid19 nonsense it has been nearly impossible to get any company to respond from a customer service aspect and im very grateful you did..”

“I am very pleased with my experience and the bundle I purchased. Unfortunately there was an issue with my Hydrology9 when I got it, but customer service took care of me and sent me a new heating unit within the week. Now that everything is working properly, I’m in love. It really does match the hype and good reviews.”
