“Finally opened my hydrology9 NX last night to tinker around. The first thing I noticed while reading the instructions is that my flower atomizer is not the same as what was illustrated or instructed in the guide. Instead of a nice magnetic top, it had something of a screw-on top which I didn't like. I don't know if I got some old stock or a redesigned flower atomizer but I wasn't impressed. Also, my hydrology9 does not change colors when adjusting the temperature so it's always a guessing game. I feel like the product has so much potential, but I also feel like I got some thrown-together device with mismatching attachments.”

“I couldn’t get the unit to turn on. When I finally got it. Working I used it twice and got a low bat warning so I plugged it in. It was on charger for several hours with a constant red light. Now unplugged the red light is still on constantly and It won’t turn it off.”

“Very happy but I have some great ideas for the next version that could make this the best no brainer vape of all time, because I see you have the potential. But one thing is will mention now is that I really wish that the charge ports were all usb c and that it charged a little faster and that all the silicone pieces of the machine except for the large ring gaskets were made out of machined steel and magnets like the rest of the device, so as not to have to resupply the chamber pods every three months like some recommended. Over all I’m happy and feel overly privileged to have such a fine piece of engineering as I want to believe that it was an important investment for health, peace of mind, and inspiration.”

“Not happy with purchase, this thing DOES NOT HIT!! I can get a hit out of the heating pod, but nothing comes thru the actual pipe. Wasted $50 with of product in concentrate chamber, tried dry herb pod, still no vape, no cloud, just wasted product!! Will be contacting company for refund. Followed directions, have a puffco peak, know how to use, this thing just don't give a hit. My product is melting away and I get NO VAPE!!!”

“I ordered the Hydrology9 NX and received it promptly. On opening the box and inspecting the parts I noticed some discrepancies between the parts and parts as described in the operating manual. I found this to be quite confusing. I called customer support, left a message and never received a callback. I emailed customer support and informed them that I was returning the device. I received an email informing me to provide customer service with a tracking number which I did. The box was mailed priority mail on Friday 10/19/2021 to the Santana street address in Hayward.”
