DOA, no response from support, other bad units. Forming a conclusion about Hydrology inferior quality. The only thing that was saving you was good support now you don't even have that.

I ordered the Hydrology9 NX and received it promptly. On opening the box and inspecting the parts I noticed some discrepancies between the parts and parts as described in the operating manual. I found this to be quite confusing. I called customer support, left a message and never received a callback. I emailed customer support and informed them that I was returning the device. I received an email informing me to provide customer service with a tracking number which I did. The box was mailed priority mail on Friday 10/19/2021 to the Santana street address in Hayward.

Cloudious9 received was defective. CHatted with cust service and got replacement on the way. Customer service did a solid. Product was a bust so far.

I love mine. I have had it almost 2 years now and if something ever happened to it, I would be trying to order another on asap. I clean it every month which I should maybe to more but it seems to work for it. It is a great little unit and still looks 9.5 out of 10. It is so efficient and quite a nice experience overall. I just love taking hits with this thing.

I'm on my fourth Cloudious9. I had the first for 3 years and got another as a backup. Then I saw the new design with removeable chamber so I bought one. I've had it for a year and bought another as backup. Service is nothing short of amazing! Quick delivery, immediate response to questions and issues. What I like best about Cloudious9 is that, even though the original was great, they're always improving it. Every new model is different from and better than the previous one. I wouldn't even consider buying a different vaporizer.

Nice to have a device that can do both concentrate and flower. My hope is that replacement pieces like the bowls for concentrate can be readily available.

Not impressed with the vape but the grinder is almost perfect for filling my hitter box. I just dont think I'm made for vaping flower .

It stopped working after less than a month. When I emailed them, they sent a new battery. When that didn’t work they refused to send me a replacement device and asked me to troubleshoot their products during their 10-5 hours. What they did not consider is that most people work during those hours. I am unable to schedule a phone call from 10-5 on a weekday. I think it’s ridiculous to ask someone to take a day off for something like this as well as I am completely unwilling to spend my entire lunch break dealing with it. I’ve spent over $1,200 on your products in the past three years and this is how they treated me. DON’T BELIEVE THE TWO YEAR WARRANTY. It’s a complete lie. After less than a month I’m out $375 for a useless product. Shame on your company. I will not be suggesting any friends or family to buy this product. Between my spouse and I we have purchased three of the older model. You guys totally lost some loyal customers. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences until this really terrible one. So disappointed and will not ever suggest or recommend this product. Please be warned consumers, this company will not honor their two year warranty even if it’s only been a month.

Convenient to carry in your pocket. Also more efficient and easier to clean than my old dry herb vaporizer. Temperature display very small and tough to read without glasses.

the NEW NX, maybe I will get used to it, but 1st impression, the leaf bung has a tiny screw-cap with swivel handle that's nicely crafted but remains a pain to manipulate on and off several times during a session... this lid would have been IMO the most relevant place where to use a magnetic cap. Perhaps this NX is better at concentrates while the original H9 remains their most efficient leaf machine.
